I found out there's a bug where certain units won't get 武勲 if you set them as leader. For example, the caster unit, アルヴィスの賢者 is one of those units. He'll earn it in battle as long as he's not the leader.

Isn't that just how the thoughtstop skill works? No battle honors, invalidates provoke. It's always a leadership skill so you can decide whether or not to use it.

The description says it stops morale from increasing or decreasing but doesn't say anything about 武勲. I guess it could just be a part of the skill that's not listed.
