That one is tough to answer. Some groups are able to get it up simultaneously with the Japanese site, other times it's a few days after.
 
its technically the next day in japan rn, so im hoping its up soon, fingers crossed its out by the time im back from my lecture...
 
It's out! The game's been released on JP DLsite!

The english side updates at 10am CST and 2am CST, so maybe try checking around then.

those usually take quite a while, most of the time it's a fan-made translation
 
its out and the hype is real but the real question is are you willing to wait until the English translation is out or play it right now in machine translation....FFFFF i wish i took Japanese classes in high school:cry:

I bought it and played it all, it's a good game but way way too fast paced, after the first mission you can basically whore her around.... I kinda liked the slow build up of the previous games.

I would try anime sharing. Otherwise ~12 USD isnt much to support a good author

The one on AS by velka only has three parts to it. You would have to wait until either the other parts are added to it or someone else uploads it to there.

With this game being a GB in size, waiting for a torrent is better than downloading it from the sites they use if you don't want to buy it.

dont need wait donwload only 3 part and unpack you can play without part 4

The author just submitted a day 1 update to ver.1.001 a few hours ago, with a few bug fixes and the addition of the events review room
