First boss: Huge Frog
Second boss: some flying demon girl with a tail
Third / Final boss: Heart (spawns infinite jelly fish)

To reach the final boss, go through the frozen section and reach the power management area, climb up the ladder to the right and you will see the genetic research area (Where you first see two legged pink/brownish color vore monster). Fight through the area and keep going right you will see the final boss (if you start seeing jellyfish that means you are close).

*If you take the ladder downward at the very last shop before the final boss, you will reach the "test subject area" filled with super strong monsters all with 2k+ hp. There are couple doors which you can claim your prize behind, after you beat the challenge. I believe this is where you get the EX version of the icesword.

The final challenge was second boss (15k+ hp, does about 800 damage vore if she gets you) + three jelly fish (2k+ hp) + two pink two-legged monster (3k+ hp), took me the best gear + lvl 25 to get pass.

You might be missing a ladder somewhere then, there was one in the third screen(i think) that wasn't hidden but not particularly obvious.

Edit
Deleted the game after completion, so i can't check...

I'm having trouble with the third portion downloading. I click on start download and it goes through the procedure and then restarts the "start download" button. Nothing goes through. I'll keep trying it though. The game is great imo :)

I cant find the first boss. I've unlocked the level one doors, and gone through out the whole area. Jumped on ever platform, gone up the ladders, and killed all the enemies several times, can some one please tell me what I am missing?

I think I see the problem now.

Accidentally missed the area with the 1st boss, by going the wrong way at the area shown in the screenie, and wound up straight in the ice area, since I remember there was an unreachable Fire upgrade(Which needed High Jump) on the path to the Ice place.

If you don't know how to get to this screen, starting from the entrance, just go straight right, past the screen with the single lizard and there should be a ladder going downward in the next screen, it might be hard to notice at first, but it's there. From there it's a linear path to the area shown in the screenie.

Any way somebody can put the third part up on megaup or something else? I can't seem to get mediafire to work with that one. Been trying it off and on for the last few hours...even reset my internet.

just beat some fat green monster which didn't respawn... is that the first boss? if yes, I didn't get any high jump :(

That is the first boss.
You got a key card which will let you get the fire gun, which you will want to get to the second boss (succubus chick).
The second boss gives you the jump upgrade. (which you need to get the third weapon so you can go after the third boss)

Edit: I added My Cheat engine tablet, so that those of you who know how to use cheat engine can load those cheats :D
I think every thing should be unlocked, anyways i just zipped the whole savedata folder xD

Actually, the first time I beat the game I completely missed the second boss.. Don't remember much how I got the ice weapon and managed to get to the last boss without the high jump. But it's quite do able.
( I really was confused that the game was already over and haven't seen the demon-chick I had high hope for in the demo video ^^;; )

Since it seems like not everyone can get Mediafire to work properly here's a Reupload of the game to MegaUpload. The links are interchangeable with the Mediafire ones I upped in the earlier post.

@cybeast: Either the game was glitching with me or the game randomly decided to respawn the 1st boss on me when I came back to the room after picking up the keycard, dunno if it has happened to anyone else but just mentioning it. I don't know if it does this with the Succubus also.

All bosses will respawn after you've used their respective teleporters to get back to the entrance.

Enemies in the Experimental Animal Research Building (実験動物研究棟, AKA the Bonus Dungeon） do not count as bosses though, and will respawn after you've changed maps at least once. (like normal enemies.)

A word about stats (translated from the manual):
最大ＨＰ : Max HP
剣攻撃力 : Sword Attack Power : Influences damage of melee attacks.
射撃攻撃力 : Ranged Attack Power : Influences damage of ranged attacks. (shots)
防御力 : Defence : Reduces damage of incoming attacks.
生命力 : Vitality : Allows easier escape from within a monster's body. (AKA let's you break out of vore attacks easier.)
素早さ : Agility : Influences movement speed, attack speed, and charge rate. (AKA how fast your charge bar* [the one with the percentages] recharges.)
運 : Luck : Affects the number of crystals dropped by monsters. **
クリティカル : Critical : Influences the rate of critical attacks.***

* Charged attacks are automatically executed when the attack button (melee or ranged) is pressed with a full charge bar (100%). Charged melee attacks have a longer attack range than normal attacks, and appear to deal 3~4x times more damage. Charged ranged attacks shoot multiple projectiles instead.
** Also appears to increase the appearance of HP recovery orbs.
*** Critical attacks appear to deal twice as much raw damage, but against endgame monsters it's possible to deal up to three times your normal damage since their defence only applies once. (the normal damage has already been reduced by their defence.)

When you level up, you can choose to advance in one out of four possible "masteries":
ソードマスタリー : Sword Mastery
-Stat bonuses are focused on Sword Attack Power, with a smaller emphasis on HP.

ディフェンスマスタリー : Defence Mastery
-Stat bonuses are focused on Defence, HP, and Vitality.

ショットマスタリー : Shot Mastery
-Stat bonuses are focused on Ranged Attack Power, with a slight emphasis on Agility.

スピードマスタリー : Speed Mastery
- Stat bonuses are focused on Agility, Luck, and Critical.

Speed Mastery is overpowered here, while Defence Mastery is arguably the least useful. I went for pure speed mastery in my first game, and ended up with a critical rate in the fifties before fighting the final boss. Defence was not much of an issue as money for equipment can be found easily.

oh, I thought the first boss give you high jump :D

and how to go to second boss? :(

NO! I blanked out and killed the second boss before getting her movie! Oh, and I got the ice gun before I fought her. I made a leap of faith and fell down a pit into the room with the powerup.

Don't worry, you just need to teleport and teleport back and she is there, waiting for you :p
