A little confused by the beginning of the story so far. Does anyone know why the blond elf is signing up as a knight when these people destroyed her kingdom? Also is there a reason for her changing armour when going on missions?

Honest answer she’s dumb, story answer its because apparently theres a legend where being at the top of the knight organization makes you become “valkyria” and allows you to have any wish fulfilled. Philia wants to restore the elf kingdom.

No real reason why she changes armor that im aware of

for the transition stone, go to the southern slum area and talk to the dude in front of the broken teleporter. Pay him 3,000 or beat him up for a stone. Bring stone to client in the workshop, he'll give you a stone which allows you to fast traver between a bunch of the towns you've been to.

ok, my bad it was weapons that I have to bring 3 long swords to, just completed it. Do you know what to do for the one on the graveyard? that is like the last mission i need to complete before getting my next major quest.

Eventually you'll meet her once you rise a couple of ranks doing quests. You have to talk to the soldier who blocks the way to the second floor in the academy's barracks. I guess nobody mentions her because it's not hard to find out about her whereabouts.
