I'm refering to the posts that you can see scrolling down. Yes, they are refering to Apostle also, but Island Saga also appears.
Aren't that addons for Island Saga and Apostle? Example of one of them:

Edit: Managed to figure out which image you posted by comparing the URLs of each individual picture in his post. Once again, he is talking about his NEW game, Apostle of Rebellion, not Apostle. The mention about Island Saga is about him releasing super high quality image files for Sakura, one of the characters of island saga. Once again, NOT an add-on.

Did you change both Formats and Language for non-Unicode programs to Japan(ese) in Control Panel? This error usually occurs when playing Japanese doujin games with non-Japan(ese) formats and language.

By the way, this game was released in English and completely uncensored. Why do you even bother with Japanese and censored one?
