Upon the uttering of those words, a chopper comes in high over the mountains, a shadow jumping from it and landing in a crouch "Status report, Siphon." Burrito says, standing and sighing. The chopper would then decrease altitude and land in the clearing, allowing the medical team to step off and begin treating the injured soldier "Take me to the corpses, Sargent."

"So far he's stable, did what I could for him as a rush job. Can do more later if I need to. As for any unwelcome guest, still quiet."


He starts moving with Burrito over towards the corpses, and it was just like he'd said. Some had been smashed, others appeared to have been reduced to nothing but bone. "I was thinking, could the hive we fought earlier have attacked them as well before hitting us? We know it paused briefly somewhere out this way, possibly over the other forum. It may be that they saw it stop over us, and thought we owned it. Either way.... that hive stopped out this way for a reason, and I suspect it wasn't just to gawk. The question is, if it attacked the other forums, why didn't it kill them all right then and there?"

"They probably didn't care because we seemed to be a bigger threat." Burrito says, looking at the corpses and bones "Looks like they got hungry over here. I'll have them extract the bodies after we clean up the forum. We need to recover from the damage they dealt to us before anything else. I'm just glad you're still sane." he says, smiling. He would then walk over to each corpse and collect their respective tags, looping each on his right wrist. "The dead should be remembered for giving their life. Just because they weren't from our forum, doesn't mean they're not soldiers." he says, looking at all the tags "I'll make them pay for each and every one of these atrocities." he says, hooking the tags on his belt and sighing

"Agreed. Perhaps though, if we can convince the others there is a mutual threat to us, they will be willing to work with us. The question is, HOW."

Shrike stepped out of the landed chopper with the med team, staying out of their way. As they loaded the wounded soldier up and flew off for the forum again. She checked the area herself, but didn't find anything else new, so stayed quiet, following along behind the other three.

"Hrm? Ah... I have no idea what happened," Tsuki replied to Grave, as she laid down and sighed.

Given that she was no longer watching the soldier, Copper trailed after Burrito and Siphon as they headed for the scene of the other massacre, perching herself on a rock as they surveyed the scene. "Maybe the Hive wants to get us to divide our attention. If the other forum thinks we broke the cease fire and attacked them, then they're going to retaliate and with the state of the city the way it is right now, we'd have a helluva hard time fending them off if they sent a big enough force. And even if we did manage to repel them, then we'd be weakened even further, and thus easy picking for the Hive. Or they might wait until the other forum attacks and hit us at the same time. The enemy of my enemy is my friend." She eyes up the cyborg in front of her. "Time to be diplomatic again, I think, boss. And fast."

Shrike spoke up here. "I've wandered my fair share of forums, which one is it across the mountains here. I was in between forums when I was captured, so I actually have no point of reference yet. Chances are I know somebody there though."

Grave sighed and shook his head. "But something happened, right?" Something in Tsuki's reply gave him a bad feeling. Chronos' visit wasn't a good omen - whenever he appeared, chaos ensued. "Do you have any idea where Burrito is? Or Siphon? Or at least Copper?"

"Ya something bad happened. I have no idea what though.... I was told just to wait here. Something about some cease fire? I suppose. Burrito, Shrike, Copper, and Siphon all seem to be out there, where ever there is." Tsuki sighed, feeling rather useless. But, orders were orders.

Grave cursed under his breath. He suspected that ULMF never had a cease-fire with the bots. They were killing machines, after all. However, the forum may have had a truce with another forum, and Grave didn't want to participate in a war between foreign forums. He was loyal only to AL. "You got a radio, right? I want to talk with Burrito."

"Okay..." Tsuki took out the radio and handed it to Grave. "Don't break it now."

"Thanks." Grave took the radio and gave it a careful look. He quickly figured out how to use the device and attempted to call Burrito. "Burrito? This is Grave. Do you hear me? I've sort of been told that something bad happened. Is that true?"

"Ever heard of a shitty Flash animator called TP?" Burrito speaks up after hearing Shrike's question "His followers are the ones that were destroyed here. They tend to hate us for reasons unknown, but I tend to see it as jealousy." he says, looking over across the mountains and squinting "Is that smoke I see? It looks like it's coming from......Oh fuck. Siphon, get your ship ready. I think the Bots hit TP's forum."

Grave shook the radio. For a moment, he though that he had heard the cyborg talking, but to someone else. The warrior took a deep breath and yelled into the microphone. "OY! SCRAPMAN! ARE YOU THERE?!?"

"I can hear you Grave. Don't get your panties in a twist." Burrito says over the radio, his ears slightly ringing "If you don't mind, I have an investigation to attend to." he says, then heads back towards the clearing and signaling for the chopper to take off and take the soldier back to the forums "Anyone up for investigating the TP forums?"

"Yeah, right. I've heard that it has something to do with a broken cease-fire. Care to elaborate?" Grave wasn't in a good mood and one could hear that in his voice.

"Well. A bunch of assholes who hate us decided to attack us, we decided to hold a cease-fire, and then the bots came, and total hell broke lose. That's the long story. Short story? WE'RE. HOSED!" Burrito says into his radio, then sighs

Grave chuckled. "Kekeke... Well, at least we're getting somewhere... By the way, who are these so-called assholes?" The warrior tapped his right foot. Given his memory, this could have been AL... But that was unlikely.

What people tended to forget about the ULMF radios.. is that they didn't have easy settings for private channels. Yell at one person, through them.. and you yell at everyone.

This wouldn't have been a problem, except for the fact that a certain grey-winged mage was trying to sleep off her earlier exertions, and was woken in something of a foul mood. A mood only exacerbated by the immediate strike of her head against the nearby air ducts. Finally, she remembers to turn her radio to "transmit".

"This is Pale. What's all the shouting about..?"
