"Daisy... I wasn't there... I only heard about the mission the day after it happened... and I'm sorry for your loss..."

Azure was genuinely tearing up in pain for what the girl must've been going through.

She turned back to Regina and shook her head slowly.

"There's nothing to forgive. I know how she feels. I've doubted myself dealing with... with that bitch... It's not just that bad... that's only the tip of the iceberg... I've barely scraped the surface of it all... I'm going with you. I need to talk to your leader. To see what she knows... About the so-called goddess. About the cult in the forest that's breeding the monsters. About the director. You may have the resources to hold out for years... but you won't survive if these other forces move against you. I... I can't even warn you about everything out there... because I've barely scraped the surface."

Azure picked herself up and walked closer to Regina, smiling weakly.

"I want to come with you. If only to talk to your leader. To warn you and your friends of the dangers that the director has planned for you. And maybe to join you... Let's go."

She gave a final reaffirming nod and began to head out, keeping a polite distance from Daisy, but trying to show her concern for the girl.


(Azure will answer any questions asked, but will not be inclined to talk anymore on her own, following the group back to their base. And I'm going to bed.)

Regina gives a reassuring smile, then turns to Lin and River, asking them the same, "And you guys? If you want to go back, I can have Rosemary make sure you get back safely." she offered.

Lin thought for minute, she would love to go back to the inn to search for her sister, but she didn't want to leave the two here with these girls, they look friendly, but she would still like to observe them more.
"No, I want to look around a bit more."

"I'll stick around." River says simply, still leaning against the handrail of the balcony. "When do we leave?"

Regina shrugged, "Well, right now, I suppose. Just follow me." she said, about to turn and go when she glanced back at River, "Hey... Give Daisy some space, she just needs to cool down for a bit, then she'll be her usual, eccentric self."

Turning back, the three girls followed Regina back down the steps, and out of the apartment, and back onto the street, where Rosemary was still comforting Daisy.

As soon as the three girls followed Regina out, emerging from the apartment, Daisy refused to look at them, keeping her eyes looking somewhere else as Regina rounded her group together, continuing towards the prison.

They saw it long before they reached it. It was a massive prison, and it made sense that they'd be able to hold lots of people, as it seemed like the prison was made to hold everyone in the city inside of it, and then some.

As the six women neared the back entrance, Regina stepped up to the inter com that was beside the door, talking into it, "Hey, it's me. I've found three girls from... From, uh..." she casts a confused glance at her comrades.

Rosemary added, "Apple Inn."

Regina nodded, "Yeah, from Apple Inn, they said they wanted to check our place out, maybe even group with us."

The woman on the other side stayed silent for a time, then spoke, "Are they armed? If so, we're going to have to confiscate their weapons until we can understand their true intentions. Else, we can't let them in." the woman stated in a business like tone.

Regina cocked her head, almost regretfully, then turned to River, Lin, and Azure, "Well..." she said, seeming to make an effort to find words, "You heard her... We're gonna have to hold onto your things if you wanna come in, is that alright with you?" she asked.

Azure sighed and took her gun out once more, offering it to Regina again.

"I've already offered to disarm myself before. And my intentions are to warn you about what the people in charge of Apple Inn are planning... and hopefully find a way to stop them."

Azure, once again, offers her gun to the group.

Regina shook her head, "Not to me, darlin', the women inside will hold onto your things. I was just askin' if it was okay with you." she confirmed.

"Uhm, okay, then when we get inside. I just request that I get to keep the rest of my stuff. I need to take notes for my news story, and I've been keeping this monitor setup to check on our vitals."

Azure simply holds her gun for the moment, waiting for a reply from the voice on the other side, if it was going to, and waiting to be let inside.

Regina looked back to the device, "How 'bout it?" she asks the woman on the other side.

"If it sets off the metal detector, we keep it." she said bluntly.

Regina turned back to Azure, "Sorry..." she apologized.

In the back, Daisy whispered, "I'll bet she wants to sneak a weapon in-"

Daisy was interrupted when Rosemary gave her a yank, "Hush!" she snapped at the small girl.

"Interesting... So you still have power."

Azure shrugged.

"Well I could just give you my entire pack to store and just take my notepad out. Shame about my research being delayed."

She turned her monitor off and tucked the contacts back into her bag, then shoved her gun into the bag as well, turning to Daisy and holding the bag out to her.

"Since you seem so certain I'm here to harm you or smuggle weapons in. I'm leaving you in charge of protecting my things. How's that for fair?"

Daisy, eyes filled with hate, didn't take the bag, "I don't want anything from you." she stated hostilely.

Regina turned an annoyed gaze to Daisy, "Daisy, that's enough! If you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all." she said in a commanding voice.

Heaving an annoyed sigh, Regina turned to the girls, "Shall we?" she asked, opening the door to the prison for them after asking the girl over the intercom to open it.

Azure shook her head sadly while looking at Daisy. She knew how much she must have hurt the girl, and didn't want to bother Daisy again. She turned to Regina instead.

"It's okay. I reminded her of bad things. I should have never assumed you were as dirty as that woman is. This whole ordeal just has me thrown for a loop... doing foolish things... always saying the wrong thing... I just want some of what I know to be useful. And I hope it can be here."

She held her bag and walked into the Jail.

Lin thought for a moment. She doesn't know what is inside the prison nor what kind of people there might be inside, leaving her weapon behind does NOT sound like a good idea...

"But if I give you guys my weapons, will we be able to get it back?" Lin asked. "You guys are onlying 'securing' it right? You won't use it or do anything to it right? Not to mention steal our stuff?"

While she waited for an answer she backed into River, and seeing that she's the closest person around, she whispered, "Stick together once we go in ok?"

Regina nodded, smiling a little at Lin, "Hey, I've gotta fork over my stuff to, she doesn't let anyone in with weapons, says it might encourage violence. Not that anyone is violent, anyway. We're mostly supportive of each other, so I still can't understand that rule to this day..." she sighs, "But, yeah, you'll get your stuff back when you leave."

Azure approached her group-mates and shook her head slowly.

"If they wanted to do us harm, just look at how they tore through the monsters effortlessly. I don't know a single person from the Inn that could do that other than the Director's lackeys. And I know as a fact none of us could manage it.

If they really wanted to take us in or do something to us, they could have left us wandering around until something caught us, then carted us off after. Or just held us prisoner with their guns. I see no reason not to trust them."

As Regina sees the okay from the three girls, she lets them all in.

They proceed through a short hallway, before reaching the detection area. There was a woman behind a bullet proof window, which Rosemary, Regina, and the distraught Daisy handed all of their weapons and ammo to.

Regina gestured to their three guests, "Private storage for these three, they're gonna be wantin' their stuff back." she said, and the woman nodded without responding.

River, Azure, and Lin handed over their things, and then followed Regina through the metal detector, then through a set of double doors...

They walked into the large, open court yard, and there was a countless amount of women walking around, a lot of them seemed to be in pairs, walking, laying in the grass, and kissing anywhere you could imagine. Almost like a nirvana of peace, away from the troubles of the city.

In the towers, many snipers were taking shots at monsters, just like Apple Inn. The towers surrounded the building, making sure everyone was safe.

As Regina walked in front of her three guests, she turned to them, stretching her arms out, as if wanting them to adore her home, "Well, this is it, what you came here for is right in front of your eyes, what did you come for again..?" she asked.

Azure couldn't help but to smile. It was certainly weird, but in her time as a reporter she'd seen far stranger, and in less turbulent situations than the mess they all found themselves in now.

"Honestly... I had no idea why we came here at first. I was worried... scared... I didn't know what to expect. But... I..."

Azure lowered her head as she saw Daisy again, a tingle running down her spine.

"I know why I came here now. I must speak with your leader. Not just because I need to warn you about the Inn... but also... because I want to join you."

She smiled meekly up at Regina.

Regina clasps her hands together happily, "That's great!" she announced, "Hey, I don't think Rosemary has a friend to walk around with yet, how'd you like to have her walk with her to Emilia's room?"

Rosemary stepped in, blushing, "But-"

Regina held a hand up to her, "No, 'buts', You can't be alone your whole life, and I think Azure here would be great for you!" she said encouragingly to her.

Rosemary blushed, looking away from the two, she accepted, "If... It's alright with Azure... Then I suppose I could walk with her..." looking up to Regina, she said, "But people will think-"

Regina interrupted her to give her a hug, "Who cares?" she asked, "You need to relax anyway, so just enjoy your walk with her!" she says with a smile.

Turning to River and Lin, she continues, "Well, you two are gonna need to be paired up as well, at the very least so you have a tour guide." she points her thumb to herself, "River, I'll walk you you, and Daisy will go with Lin, alright?"

Daisy seemed to forget her anger, quickly running over to the only girl that was just about her size, wrapping her arm around Lin's.

As Regina stood next to River, Rosemary offered her arm as well to Azure, "Shall we?" she asks politely, offering to guide her to Emilia's room.
