Chris nodded, then grabbed his pack from the table, and entered the kitchen.
Leena nodded to him as he began placing what he could fit into his pack, and Roger would note unlike the others who were lightly armed, Chris didn't joke around with that.
He had a tactical belt around his waist, a 9mm of unknown make there along with the Tesla. He had three grenades in the belt, and what appeared to be a small ammo pouch. Across his shoulders was a strapped SPAS-12 Shotgun, likely pre-loaded. He shouldered the now full, closed pack easily, not even slowed in the slightest by his heavy load.
Leena raised an eyebrow at the cache of weaponry on him, and Chris shrugged. "What can I say, it's not a friendly neighborhood at times."
Chris nodded, then grabbed his pack from the table, and entered the kitchen.

Roger raises an eyebrow at Sarah from where he was sitting, "Uh... You should make sure that your water bottles don't get poked open." he told her. And as Ellen comes from wherever she had been at the time, Roger wishes he had his hat, as he normally liked to hide his face whenever he felt under tension. Instead of letting the scenario from last afternoon reoccur, Roger got up from his seat, and walked off to a corner away from Claudia's group. "Nothing against you, toots, but being near you makes me want to jump out of my skin."
Roger blinked, and suddenly remembered something, "Fuck, ammo!" he cursed himself, and quickly went over to the mostly depleted bag of ammo and Teslas, taking out five clips of 9mm ammo, and comparing them with the magazine of the gun he had, making sure they would fit, before storing them in the left pouch on the front of his body, opposite the rations pack.

"It was a joke. Besides, the switchblade is closed and the contaminants are stored elsewhere. I practically lived out of this thing for most my adolecence, I understand what's needed for safety," she pointed out, quickly going over to help place provisions.

Connor laughed aloud at Claudia's comment. "Haha, with this place? I wouldn't be surprised if it actually did." He smiled to show feelings of content, but he was still uncomfortable with this whole prospect. Might as well ride the insanity rollercoaster long as I got free tickets.

Sarah shot RJ a dirty look, half tempted to 'acidentally' test a Tesla shot on him. However, not wanting to waste resources, she just huffed in her seat. Honestly, what would it take to earn some soddin' respect around here...

Dex just sighs as she loads up her provisions. This is why I've preferred to work alone, she thinks. Some people are bound to not get along. Others are just plain assholes. Let's see this group falling apart before we leave the plane, or the helicopter, or whatever the hell they are gonna ship us over with. Maybe they're gonna launch us from a cannon. She grins to herself at that for a moment. That'd be one big cannon to bring them all the way to Africa.

Ellen watched the conversation with an amused smile, her eyes resting on whoever was talking at the time. Her opinion would have probably caused more strife, so she kept silent, but something about the way Sarah worded that last comment made Ellen take a mental note to talk to her later...

Connor shot his eye at the strange man who got a weapon and walked off. He didn't want to judge the action as 'rude' but he was definitely peculiar, especially not even attempting to greet his soon to be team.
I guess there's plenty of time for us to know each other. No stuff on him though? .. just.. just a bit strange.
Turning back to Akira and eventually looking his way at Ellen, he tried to think of any bs to get some conversation moving. In all honesty, he was a bit nervous about going anywhere, and part of his want to talk was to stall time, despite knowing the trip was inevitable.
"Well.. guess he's ready. So this is everything then?"

Not long after they'd arrived, Roger silently slipped away from the group after they'd gone inside Leena's. He went straight for his room, which he now figured was all his own. He didn't stay for longer than 15 minutes inside, taking a shower, and putting his old clothes back on, which he found to be clean. "Leena must have cleaned them..." he concluded, slipping them on. With all that gear he had on him off, and his nice and loose clothing back on, Roger felt a comfort he had always taken for granted. To him, just feeling this comfortable was the best thing that ever happened since he ever got here.
Roger yawned, and stretched, "Ahh... I think I'll catch some more fresh air, before I hit the sack." he said aloud. He knew, not only the open air would do him some good, but the solitude would work wonders on his erratic mind. He reached his hands up, and wiped some water away from his eyes, which came forth from the yawn, and walked out of his room, then to the outside of the warehouse...
