ACT Abandoned [The Zeta Team] Project X: Love Potion Disaster (Latest Build: "NExT" 2019-01-29)

Re: Project X - current version demo 2.8

Yeah, well, Google also says my cookies are disabled and I can't turn off the filtering.

I can't wait for this release!

Re: Project X - current version demo 2.8

Heh. Looks like one of the few h-games that that actually will get completed :D AND it's a GAME, not just a point-and-clicky. To be honest it's the dialogues I look forward to the most. Looked at the conversation in the screens and lol'd. Can't wait to see more of that :D

Btw - if it's a demo I played, anyone knows how much will the full title cost?

Re: Project X - current version demo 2.8

Five hundred dollars.

Either that or it won't cost anything at all.

Re: Project X - current version demo 2.8

Heck. Is it so strange of me to expect someone wanting to get rewarded for this? And for a game this decent, of all things?

Look at, say, Swissmade. His games are pretty simple, flash-esque point'n'clickies and his skills of drawing, although noticeably improving all the time, are still sort of lackluster (My opinion, if you disagree, just ignore this). And yet he demands cash for his games... and keeps making them, proving that people buy them.

Or maybe I should learn to believe in people's selflessness :D

Re: Project X - current version demo 2.8

Well, there are some people who wander the edge between unjustified sellout and half-assed charitable producer.

For example, Toonpimp, he tries his damn hardest to suck as much money out of his games as possible, when possible. Yet at the same time he does keep most of his games free. Take that as you will.

While others are more firm in their decisions, like MnF, and Swiss Made.
Or on to the other side of the extreme, the Fenoxo-Brigade with the text games, and a few others that keep things free with only self-decided donations to spur them on. (The almost perfect example, being Zeta and Team.)

Re: Project X - current version demo 2.8

I get your point, but... still, it makes me wonder if there are enough goodwill contributors to keep things like this coming.

I for once could say that I'm a real a-hole. I tend to play stuff that's free - even if the author meant it otherwise. It's just that I hate being forced to do something. Still for this I consider donating just for the sheer hope that they will keep making things like PX and making them better.

And yeah. I know I play games that involve forced sex and better yet, I enjoy them. But then again there are no guy-raping tentacles out there (hopefully) so I stay true to my ideals :D

And Zone.

Oh, and Zboczuch. Yes. There are guy raping tentacles out there. Consider yourself warned.

Also, just so everyone knows the secret area in stage two moved. Beat the tree just above the horse that's fucking the girl.

What version are you speaking of? As 3.0 isn't released just yet, and if I recall in 2.8 it was still where the spider killed itself.

...Unless you somehow got 3.0 early...Or I missed a few post on the forums about this.

No, it was moved in 2.8. I just managed to figure it out myself today. That pit was hard enough just getting across. So many lives lost. . .

Edit: Here's the thread from the project X forums: just scroll down a little.

Re: Project X - current version demo 2.8

Damn it ulmf. I check the P_X forums every few days, but when I saw this thread had been bumped I thought that meant the update had finally happened.

Getting my hopes up and everything -_- Think I'll just play 2.8 or 2.5 again instead now.

Re: Project X - current version demo 2.8

I know the feeling Anon, Oh well, i'll stick to checking PX's forums now.

Ahh, clearly I've been playing 2.5 and later far too long then...Sorry for that then.
On that note:
If anyone wishes to see the backlog of version up to 1.7, I do still have those I noticed. I just don't seem to have 1.5 and I don't ever think 1.0 got publicly released. Regardless playing them is a nice way to see how all this game has improved step by step.

ADDED:
Correction, 1.0 was publicly released, just only on Toompimps site and no longer assessable, and only had Zeta as playable. 1.5 added in playable Amy and Rouge, from there I have the rest.

New Version 3.0 is out and there is a special boss fight after clearing the arena mode.

Re: Project X - current version demo 2.8

-Personal accounting of Changelog since 2.8:
-Tails Playable
-Zu Added once again
-New Title Screen
-New Voice Samples
-Character interaction at start of acts and doing
-Loading times decreased GREATLY
-Enemy HP Bar placement changed
-New rape effects ( Black motor oil, green slime )
-New Arena Mode Final Boss, beating it unlocks Boss Gallery
-Normal Gallery mode has been revamped
-New 'impregnation' Animation doing certen attacks

Cheats:
-it is possible to unlock both modes without ever beating the game more then once by reloading the save right at the end over and over.

Overall a very big update if I say so myself. Thought the lacking of Stage 3, more less the non-inclusion of say the female dazed bosses is a little disappointing. Thought I can tell allot of what's been worked on has been 'under the hood' streamlining the game overall.

Re: Project X - current version demo 2.8

Okay, I know we've been receiving plenty of tangible updates in the hentai games threads lately but I can scarcely believe that THIS bundle of pure joy has got in. Badass.

Re: Project X - current version demo 2.8

There is also a second gallery after you finish the arena mode. This gallery has all the boss animations including the boss of the arena. This boss is actually kind of ruff because if he hits you twice you are pretty much dead even if you are at full health.

Re: Project X - current version demo 2.8

Edit: Here, I put a direct link because on the home page, the download says 2.8 and doesn't work.

Here you will find 3.0
