I got one of those really nice feelings in my chest tonight. It's like when the heart skips a beat, and all of a sudden, you feel really warm. Almost like your body is radiating energy from your heart. It stayed like that for about a half hour or so... I don't know if everyone gets that feeling or not, but it's pretty rare for me. I only remember having it like two other times in the past couple years. Each time I get it, it has to do with someone I can never have. But I don't care it felt really good...

It doesn't matter if you reach the level cap before maxing out the skills you want. Even once you've reached lv.50 your skills still go up, and you can keep your perk points until you want to spend them, that's what I've been doing because I want to max out Smithing.

Im extremely close to maxing out smithing. I just got advanced armors and orcish armor perked, now i need to get it to 80 so i can get ebony smithing.

I believe I'm lv.40 in Smithing, I want to get it up to the advanced armours for scaled armour and then 60 for the enchanted gear upgrade.

you can either hardcore look for the ore veins around skyrim, or you can get ungodly amounts of cash and keep buying ingots from the blacksmiths in each town.

My squid came with a free sardine in it's belly! Seemingly almost in perfect condition too. Though having been marinaded in gut juices for a while, we decided against actually adding it to the meal.

I got out of the car to go to work just as the dj was announcing the next song on the radio. I got back in the car to go home nine hours later and the song announced when I left had just begun to play. I was very confused for a couple of seconds.

I can now make Ebony armor and weapons. i have a ebony Greataxe, a ebony greatsword, both enchanted, one for 20 pts of stamina dmg, one for leeching 15pts of health. Lastly, i made me some ebony chest armors. My armor ratings now 310.

If you're watching the Announcements, you'll know that I'm doing NaNoWriMo and, as a writer, occasionally hearing things like Christopher Paolinni (sp. Eragon's author) getting published at, like, 12, is really disheartening to me. It's that kick in the ass that still just can't get me motivated enough to start sending things out. There's the occasionall gushing fanfic review, which tends to make me really happy and reminds me why I do that, but it's still for fanfic. Unless I start doing doujinshi, it's not going to make me money.

And then something else will come along, usually sent to me, as is this case, that gives me a sort of reaffirmation that I am a writer and damn it all, I write WELL! Because there is someone else out there who spews out words-strung-together (I can't even call them sentences, not really...) that are so bad that they give me hope (and make me shudder at the same time) and they make me laugh. And when I laugh, I'm happy and when I'm happy, my characters love me because I'm not torturing them so much.

Anyway, tl;dr, friend sent me not one, but two samples of hilariously painful fanfiction. The one hurts just to read it and the second, thankfully, is not only narrated, but ANIMATED for your viewing pleasure. For those squicked by it, contains no yaoi (not...really...but you'll understand if you get to it.). Enjoy?

I was playing Halo: Combat Evolved Anniversary Edition, and I was playing "Assault on the Control Room" on Legendary. I was on one of the bridges, tossing plasma grenades and shit, and one of the Elites just jumps and does a front flip off the side of the bridge and falls to his death.

I laughed so hard.

@Twisted: Redline is quite the quirky racing movie. Definitely enjoyable.

@Copper: That Zelda cartoon makes my soul bleed...

Chocolate raspberry wine, the stuff is godly. Though I was unable to drink more than one glass yesterday because it's so rich.

Wow... my mouth is watering just thinking about that. They should call it Black Forest Wine! Well I guess that would be chocolate cherry but still... I love wine for Thanksgiving. This year I had a Romanian sweet white wine.
