. Sitting here, 530 at night, going "I know this. Why do I know this? WTF *is* this?" Poked around on some 8-bit theme song videos, then went "No, I heard this ad nauseum as a kid. What games did I play *that* much on my NES?"

And for those of you, like me, who don't get it in the first three notes, it's the theme to Gauntlet, which, yes, I played over and over and over as a kid and I don't think I've still ever beaten. (Though I've beaten Dark Legacy and Seven Sorrows [what a waste *that* one was!])

Funny you didn't recognize it as we were just talking about Gauntlet not long ago. Of course I was playing a flash version earlier today, so it was rather fresh in my mind, too.

I'm sorry, I think that channel is ridiculously stupid, I can't enjoy it at all. Keeps jumping back and forth from serious to obvious sarcasm that isn't really funny.

I assume you mean the everything wrong with blank videos. Couldn't really get into them myself. Though in my case it's because I would rather just enjoy a movie rather than try to break it down and find fault with it. To each their own though.
