Um sorry I'm still didn't understand , what does it mean?
Though I have a vague thought
Immortal Beast is the 1'st story map right...?
Then there is this 2'nd - 5'th?
Or.... it's an event map?

1st set is what we have on Nutaku: Escape the Capital -> Immortal Beast
2nd set is "Desert Kingdom" 9 maps in this set
3rd set is "Oriental Kingdom" 7 maps in this set
4th set is "Magic City" 5 maps in this set
5th set is "Jungle" 6~ maps in this set (I think, they added 3 more in tonight's maintenance)

Someone else can finish explaining if needed, I need to be awake in less than 5 hours so I am off to bed, if I have time before leaving the house I'll respond in the morning.

Immortal beast is part of the first set. The maps they are talking about are permanent. They include desert, magic city(?) and port story maps etc. Basically story progression.

really hope they dont plan to keep putting events out that were made with aw units in mind cause its just gonna get super annoying and i mean most people know there coming

These few events around AW time don't really need AW units. Ada is pretty easy all things considered.

Rolled on alt for Sasha... saw plat aura, holds fingers crossed... Adele -,-' I cant get plat spirit to CC one I already have... and this acc already have both Bellinda and Despara so... really? Couldn't I get anything at least a tiny bit useful?

not saying they do but there definitely easier done with aw units for instance those gold wolves would just look at a aw berinsu or that plat ha male and run for they wouldent be able to touch them with 2-3 healers mind you whilst a aw mage witch etc melts them

It's not all bad. Adele's team +10% MAXHP passive(when awakening comes out) makes her incredibly useful even with a bunch of witches.

Awakening fodder. You need them for bandits, mages, archers and many other basic classes.

Need to get rid of some silvers...

Btw did they raised silver % in basic summon? Got third already and I'm not doing it for long time (and not much -,- 4 summons, combine, 4 summons, combine...)

Got Revenger Vincent from my daily free pull. Is he worth leveling up/any good? Gave a quick look at the wiki and the first thing I noticed was "archers are better" lol.

If he's not worth it I'll just use him for fodder.

Vampire Hunters have their niche, and its not in competition with Archers. Once CC'd Vampire Hunters can fire 3 bolts in succession as their normal attack (think Bashira and Nanaly's Triple Shot but permanent.) Their base lower attack makes them less useful (almost useless) against high defense targets for obvious reasons, but they're amazing at clearing 0 defense rushes.

Gave a quick look at the wiki and the first thing I noticed was "archers are better" lol.

VHs have better DPS against 0-def targets due to 3 arrows per shot class ability. Also they get dmg bonus against undead.
That said, mincosting Furi is much easier, while she has same dmg as maxed out pre-aw Vincent, and her skill is dmg increase vs Vincent's range increase.
Further, there will be event platinum VH later, with all stats boosting skill, so its hard to say whether Vincent is worth of investments.

Silver Samurais are especially useful. You may not think it, but you need them to AW Mages.

All silvers are very useful when it comes to AW fodder. Another example is that you need Bandits to AW a Soldier.

That map is completely optional though. It was designed to be insanely difficult. The maps that matter are nowhere near as hard.

Archers are better because they are basic. Literally nothing will ever beat the versatility and strength of Archers. But other classes have their uses. Vampire Hunters, like what the other guys have said, are much stronger than Archers agains low defense enemies. VHs will definitely have their uses in the future.

As for Vincent himself... you should see his AW skill. Basically a nuke.
