So, I'm going for a no capture run (other than story driven), and I've been doing good so far, but right now I'm in kind of a pinch : low health and resistance, big groups of enemies, and worst of all : NO BORIS IN SIGHT. My questions are :

-Knowing that I am between studios 4 and 5, where is the damned weasel named Boris hiding ?

-If he really isn't there, is there any way to heal easily ?

-How far am I in the game, without too much spoilers ? A percentage would be good.

If this is the place with the like, big arena like area or something? Lots of water everywhere?

Because as I recall, Boris doesn't show up at that point in the game until Asagi has been captured. So if you wanna do a no-capture run, you have to kind of sandbag before that part and stockpile healing items and stuff previously.

In the room below Studio 1 (where you first saw Blade), go all the way down from the ladder and find a hole in the left wall leading to a small area outside.
(If you look at the left wall's shadow, you see a gap.)

If the knights have invaded the area, Boris is out there looking inside.

Confirmed, I found him. That's much better, thanks ! Now to wait for the translation to catch up I guess.

Heh, and I'd thought Boris didn't appear until after you'd been defeated, 2nd time I played through the game I made it past here without ever meeting him.

On that note, there is supposedly an Arena available on your second playthrough, but I could never figure out how to access it, and I lack the motivation to play through again in case I loaded the wrong save when I started. I was wondering if anyone would care to share a save with it available? Or provide more information about how to access it?

There is a huge bug with the translation that crashes the game. When you and the red haired girl chase after the guy that took the green haired girl at one point the game crashes an error about a file missing or something. When I restore the Game.rgss3a file that i thankfully backed up and thus cancel the translation you can enter the area fine. If i save inside and load with the translated it crashes on load. Here in the pic if i make one step the game will crash

Hey, I had the same error.

I was running an old version of the game. That area has content that was updated.

The version that has everything working is v1.4

Does anyone have a save right after the fight where you free Blade? (after Whip stays to fight the Sadist while you chase the "Boss" around).

After finishing the fight the game invariably crashes with this imgur.com/CyRRuSu (can't link images yet...)
Somehow attempting to call a method on an object but that object's actually a sentinel nil?
This happens on a fresh save on version 1.4

For posterity, I was also able to fix the problem by:

1. make save right before the battle
2. temporarily switch back to the untranslated version
3. fight the battle
4. make a save right after the battle and ensuing cutscene (unfortunately I have to miss that one)
5. switch back to translated version
6. load the save

Seems 1.4 or 1.3 (also happens on 1.3, thought switching to 1.4 would've fixed it) introduced new content in that scene that's still missing from the translation.

For anyone whose game closes instantly: try disabling or adding exception to your antivirus program. It worked for me.
