does anyone know what the little (goblin?) dude is saying at the before and after you get the tentacle suit? after you get it he gives you options and i have no idea what they do

ah, ok. so it turns out the black crystal functions as a warp point, but you can only use it when you have the butt plug inserted

That's pretty much how it's been. CN new content, because the author is from there. Then in the next release old "new" content, is given a EN translation.

Or im still missing something .

A little walkthrogh from this area could help too

you're missing something. The flames should be coming from all four directions. Then the tentacles will die.
 
I would suggest backtracking. After running the same route again I found a passage that I either didn't notice the first time or only opened after activating other flames first. I believe that contains the lever for the final flame.
 
I read each comment to find the solution to the error 0xc000007b but without succeeding I installed everything that I could install but the error continues and I really want to play this game because it uses pixel art for the action and REALLY good side portraits (a bit like Violated Heroine or Wings of Roldea).

I already done that like your suggestion but the tentacle still not dies , maybe a little save ?

You're missing the flame on the left. If you go off to the left, you'll find a passage that you can only crawl into.
 
The latest scenes are never translated, the english translation coverage is always one version behind, and can be patchy in places.

Game has gotten 2 updates since last post (May 5th)

0.73 :
  • New enemy: Black shadow
  • New CG Event: tentacle suit event
  • New full body pictures for the black shadow and for Demyra wearing the tentacle suit when she's grabbed by the mimic
  • Text speed is faster
  • You can wear the tentacle suit in free mode
  • upper-half of Abyssal Cage is accessible
  • Changes to some CGs
  • English translations to 0.70 update
0.77 :
  • New equipment: tentacle pantie
