Some of the perks seem to be working against you, or just bugged.
Like the vaginal perks, I'm still getting negative mood and hygiene because it appears that events are doubling up.
It will say the guy didn't pull out in time as a negative, and then it will say you forced the guy to not pull out. Then it sums it up and you still get pretty bad mood and hygiene loss.
I also noticed that once I picked up the perk "Cum Dumpster", it's extremely negative as they will always "accidentally" cum inside which gives a ton of mood and hygiene loss every sex event.
