I think the H-scene is a background one, involving another girl in the torture milking device, nothing new regarding Aradia.

I did find an room in rooftop area, bottom all the way to the left, but it's locked and i cant find the lever to release it.
Edit: You need to find an room with two of those bird guys, kill them, then move to the locked room mentioned before.

Secret room:
Dunno if that ´s the new room, if not sorry, didn ´t play for a while.
But you port there 1). turn right and down until you find 2). a floor with blood on it, walk on and pass the hidden wall, you climb downstairs and meet a butcher. Butcher has no H scene, room looks guro, but you get new weapon from butcher. Well I don ´t like guro and hopefully the new H scenes are way better.

Start at save area in last post and go left until you're here
Climb up, go right, climb up, go left
Climb up and go right, then climb up and go left again
Go left and drop down
Drop left
Drop again until you reach the bottom
Pull lever on the right for easy transport, go left for the cell

Do you know how to open the cell? It ´s locked and it seems I missed something to open it.
Edit: Ok, you get the key them from the evil time birds in the other secret room.
