Yes, it's a different artist, though they've done work before on the Kagura Wars mobile game.
They've actually done the SRPGs before; the original Kagura games (Natsu, Oni, and Tsuki) under Studio E.go were SRPGs, as were Kurenai Kagura, Ayakashi Sange, and the Natsu Kagura remake under Debonosu.
Since this is a smaller one, it looks like it's the lone girl and her posse of youkai fighting the monster hordes.
Heh. Tsukikagura had you recruiting youkai and sealing the deal by the youkai having sex with the demon queen that was your boss/ally.
And yeah, I'd like to see Debonosu do a larger scale game again. Hopefully Yamamoto taking a break for a development cycle means a more substantial game is coming down the pipe.
