The trailer is now up too. Looks like the final boss is a Japanese dragon and the second boss is the invisible man. An interesting yokai is a copycat of the main character.

I don't think they are on there. They have some kind of program for translating games and putting them on the site but I don't know how they choose.

No, they aren't even available in Japanese on DLsite-Eng. I buy Debonosu games through DMM; you have to fuck around with DL Site Pro to buy it through DL Site.

There's a English version of the original Kagura Douchuuki on Steam, but it's an all-ages version from before Steam said "fuck it, we'll sell porn."

I kinda wish they paused and made a bigger game rather than these small ones that have been popping every 4-2 months. We'll see how's this new genre though, but by the looks of it it's a totally different artist? Cause for some reason it looks a bit different

I would LOVE one where the characters can recruit the youkai AND they can raise them as companions, like a system were healing them, leveling up raises their affections and gets to the point where they wanna have sex with the girls and they either can agree consent or not.

Yes, it's a different artist, though they've done work before on the Kagura Wars mobile game.

They've actually done the SRPGs before; the original Kagura games (Natsu, Oni, and Tsuki) under Studio E.go were SRPGs, as were Kurenai Kagura, Ayakashi Sange, and the Natsu Kagura remake under Debonosu.

Since this is a smaller one, it looks like it's the lone girl and her posse of youkai fighting the monster hordes.

Heh. Tsukikagura had you recruiting youkai and sealing the deal by the youkai having sex with the demon queen that was your boss/ally.

And yeah, I'd like to see Debonosu do a larger scale game again. Hopefully Yamamoto taking a break for a development cycle means a more substantial game is coming down the pipe.

Decided to check the older game : KAGURA DOCHUU got the Vol. 3 and saw the CG's, quick question about it, i'm looking in the gallery certain enemies that don't pop up in the game, is there a way or reason why aren't they appering?

Starting the game i got a message about Vol.3, then got another asking for the same Vol. 3, what are the options here? 1st question i suppose if you wanna play with the original characters or the new character, but the 2nd question had no idea.

Huh. I have no idea how it works you buy the expansion pack and don't have the original game. I'm guessing you're only seeing the monsters that show up in the expansion, and you might need the original game to subject the third girl to all of the prior monsters.

I'd guess it was asking if you wanted to import a save file from the earlier game.

Seems that the new game has been placed in DLSITE, and by the looks of it, it's totally different from the other games (No youkai rape), mostly it's gonna be the MC and her childhood love/human and every H gives her power or corruption (Don't really know)

I think this will be the another debonosu game i'll give another "pass", perhaps the fans are already used to the monster rape and it's gonna be a 50-50 how this game does.

Well, yeah, I'll give it a pass too (as I am here for the monster rape) but Debonosu does every now and then put out a "pure love" (or at least mostly pure love) game.

Which they hadn't done since 2017. Heh.

Huh, I guess that was the last time they'd actually given a male character a voice actor, too. That's something I'd missed from the older titles; the dudes (human or otherwise) also being voiced could add a lot to a scene.

Edit: I think this upcoming game is also the only thing Debonosu/Studio E.go! has put out in their entire 21 year existence that Yamamoto-sensei wasn't the lead artist for.

And so yeah, no idea how well this is going to do - but it also looks small, so Debonosu probably isn't losing much if it doesn't pay off.

Hmm here we are then, it's released. We have three choices:

1. Turn this forum into a Debonosu forum rather than a Kagura Reimeiki forum and continue talking about 幽世ノ災厄ト現世ノ戦姫～さやか篇～ / Current Calamity of Misfortune of War Princes ~Sayaka Arc~.
2. Remove 幽世ノ災厄ト現世ノ戦姫～さやか篇～ / Current Calamity of Misfortune of War Princes ~Sayaka Arc~ from the forum and keep it to the Kagura Reimeiki topic.
3. Wait a bit longer and see what the next game is going to be before deciding between 1 or 2.

I'd say #3, but also leaning towards #1. I know I've been treating this as more of a general Debonosu thread.

Next one is up it's a "sequel" to 霊神楽 (I think). Features Chihaya (Pink Hair) and Yukari (Blue Hair Loli), as well as Yuuma (Male).

Releases early July.

Btw going with option 1 I think. It didn't occur to me that we have been treating it like a general Debonosu thread until Belkezar said it. Will reorganize it a bit later.

The announcement for it is saying it's a Tactical SRPG, so guessing the game play will be more like the one that just came out.

And definitely a return to the style of the older games if there's even a human male around to fuck the jaki out of the girls. Myabe we'll have voiced males and monsters this time.
