Thank you for providing info - perhaps both losing in battle and drinking tea resets character state. Need to dig deeper into the code to prove it though.
also scratching that becouse it will cost all of his profit to just translate the first chapter of SHRIFT, so he mentioned looking in other way to do it but in a very far "SoonTM"
So, I just found out that the puzzle in Ch 2 is actually randomized for everyone. .....Why? I'm not ass at puzzles, but this is ridiculous. I have to bumble around on the tiles until I make the correct pattern? ...This is giving me vibes from the Idol Springs puzzles in Spyro 2, and not in a good way. And it's worse because I won't know that I've done it right until I hear a click, unlike the previously mentioned puzzles that have the tiles light up and move, and stay like that unless you mess up. In this, you don't know if you mess up or not. Nah, let me take that back. You'll know you're always messing up unless you hear the door open.
Any pattern suggestions? I assume 95% of people who have posted in this thread have already beaten/cheated through the current version of the game. So I hope my complaint/issue doesn't get written off as "bitching" like some time ago.
Tiles from second to fifth are increment the puzzle value by 1 or reset it to 0 in case of wrong value (bad sequence).
...And the last tile is opening the door.
EDIT: Checked the whole map and couldn't find any randomization code. However, if the code has changed for some reason archive "Data", "Save" folders and "PublicData.rvdata2" file into a ZIP archive and post it here so I could take a look, please. (probably another meaningless update I'd missed)
Actually, now that I think about it, the real bullshit is the Sphinx boss battle. That needs a real translation pronto as it's impossible to clear without a walkthrough.

True, took lots of trial-and-error to clear (poor LEC). Also, this is the only battle that completely violates whole battle system (I've seen lots of "magic" code, but I never saw that much in one place).

Poor the soul who was using the "hells office escape card" and didnt restart the game, sphinx + meal debuff its impossible retarded those 20% extra lust damage when you have to rush the final answer....yeah that was me.
Hi people,
I just got the true mercy ending but I still don't get how you get the ring to get married...
I don't see the crafting recipe anywhere in the crafting menu. Also I know that you are supposed to use a diamond but I never found one.
Is it a DLC thing ? Did I miss something obvious ?
Thanks in advance for your help.

Silver Ring [シルバーリング]: Chapter 1-1 [Awakening] - Enter the second cryocapsule room (middle door). Check the box at the top right corner two times.
Diamond [ダイヤモンド]: Chapter 3-2 [Death Prison] - Go to the room with Akonitums. Once there, go to the right part and move down along the chasm between two parts. Eventually, you will see small passage to the left - go there. At the end of it you should find the Diamond.
Now, simply craft it.
Please note, however, that you cannot present it to the different girls on the same run - doing so will trigger the lock on ALL POSSIBLE character endings (for the given run). Also, that is plain rude.
Currently trying to make all the mechanics of the base game to work properly with the mod.
I'm not rewriting anything, so the base game is completely playable even if the mod is present. Moreover, the mod requires you to clear both TM and G routes as well as having SP maxed out (230). Because I want to rise the difficulty quite a bit.
So I have a couple questions.
I just completed the True Mercy Route and I'm seeing four crystals with question marks above them what the heck are those.
Also I'm hearing some stuff about DLC characters can I find them and if so how.
Is it possible to achieve 100% in the book without cheating?
If anyone has any answers to these questions that is great.
Love the game just want to find everything.

or find someone to share it to you becouse you arent going to find in the interweb.
-Yes 100% can be done without cheating, just dont rush the genocide run since its "locks" the game just like in undertale.
