Just ignore the person. Especially since he/she/they/whatever can't give actual reputation yet. Green square means "positive", red is for "negative", and grey - like the one from your screenshot - is for "neutral". The last one is usually due to not enough posts by the person giving reputation (not sure if it is any different here).

It's taking me forever, so I can understand how difficult it is for you to even attempt a Full Trans.
