In my opinion, that's when feminists are pulling stuff out of their ass. (I wouldn't say a parent organization since apparently they aren't focusing on the breasts as sexual objects so much as implied cannibalism.)

Reminds me of the ones Aika put up a long time ago (the black and white ones with the guy in the mask). My one friend told me he saw several videos like that and that reminds me a little of it.
