The game is currently in 0.27 (0.28 for paid?), currently the main story is finished as of 0.27 (I hate the Lord of Forest fight I suck at it lol).

On the Ci-en, there's one enemy which sprang from the ground and eat Noel, but I can't find it :-?

Nope. According to the author, 0.28 will release in July.
