I dug a bit in the files, and found that in her dialogue Miranda mentions about the Black Trial, so maybe she'll only appear when you're hunted for high karma or something. Still haven't confirmed this though. If she appears it will be at the pillar in the middle of the poison swarm where the frog princess is.

uh, what? after I beat the boss at the mansion, save victoria (the maid), I go back to erma at the shop only to find she killed by Lamia? how do I prevent that?
on top of that, some of the enemies sprite really creepy and disgusting.
Confirmed it. Miranda appears at 5 karma. The game even gives you a warning, Dark Souls style when you come to the area. You don't have to kill useful NPCs. The fairies will give you 1 karma for each rape, then respawn after you teleport back. I don't think keeping all the 4 Demon Princesses is possible. The Mermaid Princess requires you sacrifice 1 lover anyway. The A ending may evolve getting all the other 8 heroines though.

Right after the dialogue ends, run straight to the lamia and kill it. Emma will run out though. From previous posts, it seems if you haven't killed the clown in the sewer, she'll die anyway. If she lives, she'll appear at the camp.
I took a peek in the dev's DLSite blog, and found the game is now version 1.04, with many, many bugfixes and the capability of NG+.
There's also a TON of discussion in the comment section. A gold mine for information, though entirely Japanese.
It seems that the dev is also planning to add more content updates to the game for free, starting from allowing you to ally with Red Hood (with H-scenes too), and then adding more enemies, areas, bosses, stages, story, basically content.
On another note, this may be irrelevant, but maybe it might be good to compile available information about the game somewhere around here. Though I haven't actually gone very far yet, so all the information I have is secondhand.

I got the A ending with 6 karma though, 5 for Miranda and 1 more for imprison the blonde lady at the castle (didn't want to let her die with the 2 other options). Maybe it was patched. I did get all heroines to level more than 99. Still can go for C ending right after though.
So now do you get to NG+ right after the ending? What do they allow you to keep?
So now they added newgame+ when i actualy start a new clean state from beginning for trying to get ending A...
But again i can't update my game until there a leak...
I think i got pretty much all the quest and how it done.
And yes if you talk to those girl like katarina, victoria, harpy etc and just ignore them.
They will turn to monster as the game say for lacking soul, so you can have fun murdering them
PS: i still hate the snow white problem with killing the other 3 princess T_T
They should make a harem ending where you saved all the girl (the guy can die for all i care.. / well hamelin at least had to die to save emma)
Well, I finished the game myself. Went for Ending A, then progressed to Ending C.
The game part is well-done (although admittedly it does partially run into the 'Speed is King' problem common in ATBs, at least when you're not fighting bosses who tend to have superior defenses), and the story was at least pretty good in my opinion. It was a satisfying experience overall.
It would seem that my initial assumption about Ending A requiring 0 Karma is false, at least in the 1.01 version available in the cat place; the main requirement seems to be gathering all 9 heroines before defeating Cinderella (not sure if killing or Covenanting with the Princesses changes anything).
Ending C (which is essentially just the 'extra stage' leading to the 'true end') is still obtained by collecting every fairy tale and returning them to Alice's library.
Also, I was certainly expecting some feels to be had during the path to C-route, but I didn't expect Red Hood's reaction to you wanting to murder her. She's gone through some serious shit... Actually, this circle's previous work's main character was... Now I have a sneaking suspicion I can't confirm because I haven't played their first game. It's probably true, though. Which would make this game essentially a wider-scope sequel to it.
Though, it was probably for the best that you murdered everyone in Route C. Fairy-tales twisted to such a degree might best be erased and rewritten anew; Red Hood's probably the most stellar example of the results, but most of the other fairy tale books have a rather disturbing twist in their description.
I like how alot of the story have some connection with the fairy tale (and turned into dark of coz) - spoiler alot story related-

The hair 1, i dont quite get the relation with the original fairy tale, at least the understandable part is the rose but thats it....
I havent try turning the girl into mosnter yet, so i cant say much... actualy im interest to do that for story wise, but i will wait next update leak

She disappears forever if you don't rescue her quickly. If she leaves the town after you talk to her there though, she went to the poison marsh area connected to the lost forest. Save before talking to her there since she can leave forever depending on your choices there too.

Thanks, she's there now when she wasn't before, I guess I needed to do a few more things after she disappeared from the camp before she shows up at the swamp. Wouldn't have thought to recheck there again though.
I'll go ahead and compile the method to obtain (in the party) all 9 possible companion characters available right now.
This is most likely still spoiler-filled, so use at your own risk.
Also, as my memory is not the greatest, if I get something wrong, please point it out.
Riifu - Joins automatically during the story.
Dorothy - Select the first option when talking to her ("弟子にしてくれ" or something; has a fairly low MATK(?) requirement), then talk again and select the option that replaces it. Kill the special enemies one screen north of her house, one screen south of her house, and the first screen of the ranch. Talk to her again and report.
Victoria - enter the backdoor of the boss room of the city filled with girl zombies. Talk to her several times, choose the first option (soul transfer) when prompted. (costs 5000 souls).
Jeanne - Obtain her ashes where you fought the intro boss. Obtain an item dropped by the boss in the poison marsh northeast of the forest. Find an NPC skeleton shopkeeper in the skeleton labyrinth (northeast of the destroyed town). Talk to him twice, and with the materials in hand talk to him again("ジャンヌは復活する" or something). Then talk to her and select the first option (soul transfer).
Katarina - After progressing someway through the game, talk to her and her escorts in the hub (unsure if this step is needed). Progress slightly again; when they are gone from the hub, head to the skeleton labyrinth and find her. Kill the two enemies, then talk to her; select the first conversation option ("ここは危ない" or similar). Head to the destroyed town's cathedral (boss room). She should be there. Talk to her and select ジャンヌを召喚, or something like that (Jeanne must be obtained as a companion).
Elma - The Pied Piper of Hamelin in the sewers must be killed. Meet her in the town with female zombies first (unsure if this step is needed). After reaching the gate of Lost Empire (the gate with 4 locked crystals), go back to her house. Reach and kill the enemy before it reaches her; if the Pied Piper is dead, she should be in the eastern part of the hub. Talk to her until she joins.
Goose - Rescue her from the ranch with one key (this step MUST be done early in the game; right after finishing the junk forest may be a good time). Deposit a decent amount (~10k or more?) of souls in her bank service. She should be gone after killing/contracting one of the four Princesses; meet her in the tent in the marsh northeast of the forest. Select the bottom option ("許さない") three times, then select the top option ("傍にいる").
Elizabeth - After progressing someway through the game, she should be loitering in the northern part of the hub. Talk to her, and then head to the junk forest; an enemy in the same area as the talking flower will drop a ring. Talk to her, and give her the ring (first option?). Talk to her again in the hub center, and choose the third option.
Miranda - Get 5+ Karma and head to the underground poison lake (frog princess area). If the atmosphere and BGM changes you're in the right place. Find and defeat her (note: attacks cannot be dodged or parried, frequently counters physical attacks). Choose the first option.
Is there any extra triggers involving Victoria? I beat that giant boss after he finished raping/killing one maid (so now there are 4 dead maid bodies overall), but after I unlocked the back room and went inside there was no one there.
