It definitely doesn't feel like a rare fetish. But what we want out of our H games is a pregnancy 'mechanic' and that implies actual work on the Dev's part versus just making some funny CG's.

I just had a chance to play aforementioned game (

) as it was on sale.
The game is very easy and short, I beat it in under an hour. Basic fetch stuff.
For the sexy stuff you need to lose to every opponent, the gallery is not very good and will only show you Game Over stills, which unlock as you finally lose to every enemy.
There are only eight kinds of opponents, some with variations in their grappling animations, but most only have one kind.
The impreg stuff is absolutely bare bones, hardly worth the tag.

Give this game a wide berth, except on a steep sale. I only got it, because the protagonist looks very nice.

The game is pretty much identical to his previous one about a samurai and an orc. You play as a tentacle monster controling the woman's husband and keep impregnating her to make teammembers and get stronger.

Story: idk. Imagine reading story in porn. But at least you have "what to do next" in pause menu + even more detailed "what to do next" in slums (fortune reader) if you're lost
From gameplay perspective: kinda press X to win battles (and if you want to lose battle and see H scene, you're forced to press "give up" button)+ walk in town, find events.
H-events: I would say 50% are monsters (goblins, animals, tentacles, dolphins (???). And 50% are humans (different types of bandits). Most events are Rape. And some intown are prostitution or some other lewd events (like shared baths or tutoring shota).

Pregnancy content: if you played previous game, this one have literally the same mechanic. MC can be impregnated at any point of the game by any enemy. But pregnancy wont progress any further, until you met specific story points. Such as Holy-Church Town / Prison / AfterMain story hospital. Also, there are scenes with pregnant belly in these story points. Not a lot of scenes. But enough to not make you bored. Also birth scenes exist.

SubHeroines: each have their own scenes. Around 3-4 scenes per these 3 girls + birth scene.
Virgin run: possible. Also different text in h-scenes depending on "mc was virgin prior" or not. (only text difference. No defloration blood)

I would like to also say, that ending is somewhat rushed (from H-scenes perspective). After Prison there're only boss fights left. And these boss fights have:
1) no H scenes
2) game over text after defeat.
3) Are hard (and not press x to win)
