Addendum: Pregnancy games with a male protagonist are dead, since of your list only two qualify, I think. Actually, I think male protagonists in general are in decline; games these days tend to be less "do fuck" and more "be fucked."

To each their own, I guess. But I'm sad; I want to impregnate, not be impregnated.

im having very hard times to find exactly those games..... pregnancy with a male protagonist ..... claire quest, meltys quest or mostly from here are female protagonist :/

Default unity bug. You need to change windows region format from default to japan.
ps: im not changing my whole windows to english to make my guide easier to understand. But this is how that menu approximately should look like.

How to unlock pregnancy:
After the second boss, you can set the “spirituality” / heart to a value of 50 via Cheat Engine or somewhere between 25-50 fuck any monster, and fertilization and pregnancy will be unlocked.

Some important things about impregnation:
When saving a statue, all sperm in its uterus is cleared, the game may show as if there are sperm, but there are none, the bug goes away if you restart the game.
