Re: Member Announcements Thread

The question is, will he even get a decent meal out of all of us combined if he is a zombie? XD

Re: Member Announcements Thread

I know mine'll give him the runny shits.

Re: Member Announcements Thread

So I'm going to be trying to be more active but I'm starting small I never was really with the forum after the first one died I guess i just never got over it. So I'm making what I like to call a last ditch effort to get back involved with the forum I'm trying to be more active and I've Started a CYOA thread of my own Hopeing that I will be able to find that anchor that made ULMF home oh so long ago If you care or if you don't I'd Appriacate it if you could check the thread out I know I have my problems with Grammar and Engrish but I'm hopeing that this can show people I'm at least creative and can make an ok ill grammared game. See you lot later

Re: Member Announcements Thread

Well, finally got internets back. So I can start working on forum based stuff again... though at the same time I'm quite busy with work as they put me on my leadership course so I can get my promotion.

Re: Member Announcements Thread

Well welcome back, I myself probably won't be around much. Finding a job is a bigger priority for me right now.

Good luck at the leadership course.

Re: Member Announcements Thread

Promotions are good, provided they come with more pay and not just heaps more work. Good luck with the course.

And good luck with the job search, Ronny. I have a feeling sometime after the new year that might be me, too.

Re: Member Announcements Thread

I received a promotion at my summer job which, although did increase my pay a little, also increased my time and effort, so technically, I was getting paid less per hour than my underlings.

Yes, I refer to anyone in a position lower than me as an underling. Could be why they took so long to give me a promotion in the first place.

Re: Member Announcements Thread

It's better than some of the terms I've come up for some of the ones I've had to deal with. Then again, there's some where I don't even bother to learn their names, so what's that tell you about where they fall on the scale for me?

Re: Member Announcements Thread

beneath you...

corollary: copper likes to be on top

Re: Member Announcements Thread

Heeey, sexy. ;)

Well, it's got nothing to do with respect, I just think the word is completely underused. I actually have no problems with the people I work with (at least my underlings)

Re: Member Announcements Thread

I think I agree with ya toxic, Underlings is not used enough. Neither is henchmen.

Re: Member Announcements Thread

Personally I just refer to everyone as serf, including my former boss. Hmm, I wonder if that's why they got rid of me now that I think about it. Nahh.

Re: Member Announcements Thread

I refer to them as troopies.

Re: Member Announcements Thread

*reads conversation* Well played, my friends, well played.

I tend to stick with 'minion' now and again. It goes along with what I usually tack on with my introduction of "And yes, I really am crazy." I love watching my boss cover up that one with the trainees.
