God I just want this to get translated. After playing it, it's just so much of an improvement over the last game.

I would suggest comparing a new game save to a late game save for potential pointers there.
Yea doing dat now and it seems the highest you can go for upgrading is 10 which is in a row of 01s. nyaa- OOF
Area for 01s starts at offset (h): 07, code (v): 00000090 and ends at offset (v): 00, code (v): 000000D0 (still investigating the rest of the code lines oof). nyaa-

IDK wat dis is. nyaa- XD
24738

Here you all go everything unlocked, all sexual values at 0, and your OP. nyaa- `:p`
Still cant found any thing in save to boost max health yeeet so max health must be hardwired into game to stay at 100 no matter wat. nyaa- OOF
Game Save Version Date is 8.25.2019. nyaa-

ENJOY. nyaa- ^w^

Done with farming for a while after finding this. Great stats, 4 slots, first (fixed) passive boosts the power of rose whip (main way of killing things), second passive makes you invincible for the whole of your dodge rather than just the startup. Dropped on around floor 80.

How do I reset/clear/reformat the system save for the game?
No matter how much I try to delete or redownload, it persistently loads my current save.

The save folder isn't in the main game directory. For me it's at C:\Users\[YOURNAME]\AppData\Local\flowerwitch

Thanks but it still doesn't seem to do anything.
The game persistently will only remember my current save state and won't allow any newer save to be installed.

EDIT: It works now. I did a more aggressive search for anything "flowerwitch" on my computer and was able to allow (H)Liner's data to replace it.
Thanks to both of you.

new patch did wonders for me, in 2 runs got 5 wands with 4 slots and double passives, not big stats, but still a big improvement over the previous drop rate.
still i miss the wand i got before, one of them covered by bandages? it had 17 damage +10 the other stats and a passive to shoot fast and more sunflower seeds, i lost it due i dont saved while farming....
dang it.. being greedy in FW doesnt pay up.

Yeah somehow not getting it either. Starting to think it’s an issue with the actual save being used.

EDIT: Ah, okay. So you can only get it if youre 50 levels into the eternal dungeon. So those who have gotten there and those who have not will notice the difference.

Yeah, dev's new ci-en post says she'll give it to you 'at approximately 50 levels deep' in the bonus dungeon. And after she gives it to you, you can also find them in chests from about floor 50 onwards.

How does the dungeon work even? I've made a few runs before, but I'll end up in a save room and suddenly restart back at floor 1 again.

Advancing through floors is fairly straightforward, just exit a room to advance a floor. The number at the start of each room shows which floor you're on.

Save rooms show up semi-randomly while exploring. Every time you save your game you'll reduce your floor count by half (e.g. saving on floor 50 puts you back to floor 25). This includes if you make multiple saves in the same save room; you'll halve your floor count every time you press confirm at the save point. You can use the pink crystal to change weapons etc. without penalty.

Exiting and re-entering the dungeon (by talking to the octopirate and choosing to leave/enter) resets your floor count to 1 every time.

There're 4 different save rooms, including the one you start in. 3 of them will show up while you're exploring without needing any special requirements. You should talk to the octopirate at least once in each different save room, it's a requirement for unlocking the 4th save room and the bonus boss. Also, you apparently can't advance past a certain floor count unless you speak to her in each room. You should keep talking to her until she stops saying anything and you only get the option to exit.

After you've talked to octopirate fully in all 3 save rooms, from then onwards you have a small chance to find the 4th save room when exiting a room under certain conditions. We're not exactly sure what those conditions are, but it only seems to happen in the cave area or cave save room, and only when you've explored a lot of the dungeon already. It may be related to your current floor count, it may be related to the second number you see when talking to octopirate (which increases the more you explore and doesn't reset when you leave the dungeon, though it can decrease).

The 4th save room kinda looks like an abandoned lab and has more exits than any of the others. The top left exit takes you to the NPC gallery, the bottom left one takes you to the bonus boss.

I'm pretty sure that once I went straight to the 4th save room as soon as I left the dungeon's starting room (i.e. when I was on floor 1), but I'd already found it once by that point so the rules for accessing it might've changed.

Those're the main points. There's some other stuff like the stats on dropped weapons improving the further in you get, and the direction you exit a room affecting the next room, but you'll figure that out yourself.

Not sure if it's been mentioned yet but the pink witch also has a unique scene during the treant boss if you have futa mode and knock her down.

Aaaalright. Well. Just got to the 50th floor and talked with Octopirate (Yes, I reached the 88th floor initially and saved to cut my floor count in half so I could reset multiple times for this) and still did not get the item. Game is up to date obviously and I did everything up to that point legitimately. Just wondering if there’s anything more than the more I’m already doing.

That sounds odd... all I did was enter the dungeon and keep going down, talked with her at every save room, the convo popped at floor 53.

So do stats on staves other than defense actually do anything? I notice that with higher def I take less damage but enemies take the same number of hits whether I'm using an attack 1 stave or an attack 15 one.

Did a few more whole runs to about 50-60 and haven’t gotten anything but at least I might know why.

Been using one of the crafted saves from here and this one has had the bestiary unlocked since the beginning. Including the Incense you’re supposed to get from Octopirate. What I’m thinking is going on is that the game sees you’ve already technically unlocked the item but you haven’t actually gotten it in reality. So Octopirate won’t give you one because the game thinks you’ve already gotten it and you’re able to get it from lower floors...but you haven’t actually. So yeah, pretty much stuck in a loop of not actually having it but it being collected on the bestiary. Basically the save puts you passed the trigger to obtain it indefinitely. Just a theory.

Is it okay to ask for a legitimate save now as I’ve gone through 50 floors of the dungeon about 8 times now? xD

I remember reading that the attack stat only affects physically smacking things and doesn't affect magic (not sure if that includes flower 09). I've definitely noticed a difference in physical damage output when using higher attack wands, though it's usually only the difference between whether I can one-shot enemies like the large flying green things.

The magic hat stat doesn't strengthen magic but only affects how much of the gauge you use with special actions (higher stat = less gauge use). I'm not sure if it affects everything though - with some quick testing I noticed a big difference in the cost of stuff like mid-air attacks, but no obvious difference in sunflower seed cost.

edit: after more testing it doesn't seem to reduce the cost of any flower attacks. It only affects things like dash attacks, mid-air attacks and dodges. Not sure if that's intentional, I'll ask the dev.

I think magic can only be strengthened with specific weapon passives, which is why the rose wands with the fixed passive that boosts the power of rose whip are great.

I'm still not entirely sure what the third stat (resistance?) does. I assume it makes escaping grapples easier or reduces the damage you take from them.
