in victoria, ausralia it is legal to have sex at 16 but only legal to whatch it at 18, so its fine if you've got your eyes closed.

however this is all about where we are hosted, so 18 kids... 18.

The server is located in US, and according to US laws it's illegal to allow minors access to this kind of stuff, which is why minors are not allowed.

Yeah, like Hooker said, this site's server is in the U.S., so if you're implying that you're 15, Rukeo1, then, sadly, you don't meet the age requirement.

Of course, that's if you're implying that. For all I know, you could be 20-something, and simply feel lucky that you can "get some" from someone as young as 15, because you're in Sweden.

Well, simple fact is that unless we can definitively prove that Rukeo is 15 or younger, (Take the hint and shaddap about your age =P) he/she stays.

It's the same for the picture I posted - despite it making light of the 15-year-old age of consent thingie, unless someone can definitively prove that one of the girls was under the age of 18, nobody can get on my case saying I posted underage pixftw. Because even I don't know.

But if one were to err on the side of caution, wouldn't the vast majority of the members on this site be promptly booted because there isn't technical proof of 18-and-older-ness?

(On an unrelated note, YES I KNOW I'M WAY BEHIND ON MYSTIC GIRL's NOVELIZATION. College sucks, but we have a break soon =D)

unfortunantly the laws state that if they appear under 18, at least i think thats what it is for the hentai and such. wouldn't be supprised if it wasn't different for photos.

Well if the picture is obviously a pre-pubescent person, then yeah sure, nighty-night, but look at my Welcome to Sweden picture up there. They all look mature to me, or they might not to someone else, but the point is that it's somewhat more indeterminable in that case.

I'm not advocating for all the lolis and shotas to be able to run free, I'm just saying that it's silly to try to assume what age someone is.

If they outright say that they're 15/16/whatever that isn't 18, then yeah they just bought a ticket out of the site. But if they A. never say or B. say that they're 18 or older, since there's no way for anyone to actually refute that, that's what would be gone by.

Unless you want to start requiring Credit Card info as proof like some big porn sites do, but something tells me membership here would dry up fast if you started asking for that.

Speaking of which, did this start because of me making Linae (Mystic Girl) "underage"? Because I already explained my fix to that, I just rewrote the year system so that she's 21 for us and 16 in her own years (bumped the years to 480 days each).

I was pretty damn sure the Swedish sex age was same as Finlands as in 16.

Eitherway the sex age and adult rights age still have nothing to do with each other, the adult age beeing 18 in both places.
Sure you may have sex legally at 16 but you still can't just go to a sex store or buy booze yet, cause you're not a complete adult yet, you don't count as mature enough to completely take care of yourself.
Just cause you don't count as a kid anymore doesn't mean you have all adult rights.
