she does everything a melee angel needs to do very well at that
her saw is amazing aswell no atk buffs is the only downside i can see from it but she hardly needs it tbh

Let's put it this way: if you don't have Sophie, Chloe is really good. If you do have Sophie, Chloe does the same but worse and you pretty much never need two melee angels ever.

Since I got lucky and have Sophie, I'm not going to break my piggy bank open to max Chloe out. I'll get her as far as going at the event without SC usage will get her and that's that.

at the end of the road aw2 and all erun has 17 def on chloe everywhere else chloes beats her hands down even at the end of what we can get its 278 hp all shes got on chloe everything else she loses

I don't know why people are going crazy over the whole Niel thing. Its just one of the fetishes that this game has. Just because you don't like herms, bondage, exhibitionism, finger-fucking loli ass, etc doesn't mean you have to not use the character (and these aren't even what most people consider to be the extreme fetishes).

On a side note, I wonder how many people would not use Aisha if she also had a dick.

Its a god-tier skill awakening. Only drawback is longer reuse time, but you're usually just using it once maybe twice anyways. That essentially gives her:
2-3k attack w/out buffs
1k+ defense
60% MR

Different.
Erun is support focused, with regen AW passive, healbombing SAW and fullheal-on-deploy+def-focus 2AW.
Chloe is shredder. Bigger attack from the get go, hit-all-blocked SAW that makes her swing her scythe nearly two times per second (ok, actually 36 frames or 1.667 aps, so close enough ) and 2AW that trades uptime for MASSIVE stats increase across the board (Chloe is, coincidentally, only member of that particular 2AW branch (not counting Black rarity Sophie, who can be both)).

So, best to raise all of them, all in all

ЗЫ. And, as TP is yet to rotate Erun in, Chloe will be cheaper for now, if one invests to mincost her.

I wouldn't worry too much about the newer classes that much, for now focus on your getting a basic team up to do the G maps and by the time you're done you'll know enough. Were you here for the only buff patch and are you up to date with how the game is in general? There is a DMM wiki in english now if you must check things out. aigis.wikia.com

It is impossible for someone to be gay from likely Niel. The only exception is if they themselves are hermaphrodites. It is simply a separate gender that is normally "fixed" and forced to one side or the other in the real world.

Hating on Niel for having a dick is simply homophobic, and only someone not secure in their own sexuality would care.

We had one huge buff patch that put us exactly where DMM was (it was roughly 4 large DMM patches), only for DMM to get several more.
The games in a very good place now compared to when you left, constant events, sporadic revivals and only 2 skipped over event units left (Anna and Eliza). One event to go and we'll have 100% first time drops meaning we're gonna need the silver storage soon. Events are also sometimes announced on friday afternoons which is sorta nice.

As for Chloe I've gotten her to -2 and 4/10 skill with just one SC spent, it'd be looking better if I didn't run the 100/2 map 6 times to get that last 3xDC crystal with my 11% boost to drop rates.

In regards to hybrids classes and new classes i dare say that only Feng Shui is really needed. then there are those that are needed for specific cases Vampires, Necromancer, Druids, Sword masters.

As for the changes, I don't know how long have you been away exactly, but in a nutshell:

• Revivals are a thing now.
• Skill awakening has been implemented very recently (only for blacks for now).
• We got like 2 years worth of balance patches in one go almost a year back (as far as I can remember)
• The loli-ban is done. The compromise is that their art is removed from the posters and they are represented as sprites. Aside of that, we've got or will get the missed units (Liana is kinda up in the air)
• Constant events are a thing now, we haven't had a complete break week in a long while.

As for your army list, that seems to focus on the DMM side of things, since a lot of those classes are still not in the Nutaku version. I've only been playing the DMM version a couple of months, so I'm not that well versed in there. I have no idea about the new premium units (expect that the rear tactician from the current, limited time gacha is extremely broken, as in it can wipe out everything on the map with a reusable skill and has tokens with continuous AoE true damage). In terms of event units, the most important ones are (since I started in December): White Emperor, Velty, Fuuko and Amy. The emperor is an immensely powerful melee unit with ranged true damage, the other 3 are event units of classes that previously only had premium units in them. Velty is especially useful, as she deals continuous true damage to everything in range. She singlehandedly massacres any swarms with ease.

The Legend is finally back. \o/ You've missed quite a lot I'm afraid. As mentioned, the loli ban has been finally lifted, remember that list you posted awhile back? Well, every single one of them is now in the game! Somewhat related, we've also been getting the skipped events (as evident with Chloe being our current event), Kagura/Noel, Yurina, Fran, etc. So now all that's left is Anna, Eliza, and Happy for 2014 DMM, though there's the skipped GRs too. Speaking of which, GRs is also not a New Years thing anymore! (though who knows, maybe we might still get one for New Years) Or at least it seems that way for now, as we've gotten 2 Gold Rushes in the middle of this year.

Oh, and there was an 'unfortunate inconvenience' :V with Nagi's Event, that you unfortunately missed. Basically, there was a mistake with the Stam/Cha costs, which allowed people to get a perfected Nagi pretty much without using any SC.

Revivals has finally come as mentioned, but they're also not treated as a normal event anymore, meaning they used to be released when normally we'd get a new event, but now they've been releasing them in conjunction with Star Rushes. Unfortunately, still no Daily Revival.

The Trading Post also finally rotated after fifty billion years with Chydis finally coming back, though Spica is gone now for who knows how long and Dark Knight is also in there.

Also, Nordland has started to report events early (she's been posting her and the unofficial discord) which has been pretty neat, though don't always expect it, as she has said that she usually get's the info the same time as we do.
