Literally a 5-second Google search for "Dracorich" autocorrects all the results to "Dracolich" with obvious images depicting one.
So yeah, I am surprised, and apparently they love the letter 'L' because hamfisting it into the localization of セヴルヴルム, making it Sevlvlm (instead of Serverem/Sevorum) wasn't a problem, but properly putting a single L in dracolich is one?

Also, going by the "logic", I assume the word "enriched" used by Eterna had the meaning of "enliched", as in... "lichified", or turned into a lich. Which makes sense in the context, BUT THE WORD ENRICHED IS KIND OF ALREADY TAKEN IN ENGLISH AND MEANS SOMETHING COMPLETELY DIFFERENT.

DevTea gonna DevTea. This is why Nutaku should at least spellcheck what they get from them.

You guys are being silly, DracoRich is obviously just DracoKevin's friend.

Also I still have 8 Valentine's chocolates and 6 Easter Eggs so I can prob get through this event with <10 SCs used which is handy, as I don't think I'll get another 52 SC during September for the 150 SC stamp card.

i cant find the stats on the dracolich

how much defense does it have

have you tried google japan it would likely say its correct joking of course btw
also enliched is not a english word nor is lichified i would be maore confused if they used either one tbh enriched however means to improve the quality of not the perfect word but i got what they were going for
either way its not a huge deal and also not like a precedent hasnt been set for this already they butcher translations all the time its nothing new and slightly comedic

Meh, Google's algorithm is the same no matter the language. So if you search for "dracorich", you're gonna get "dracolich" on all Googles.
It is sort of funny, but flaws in quality don't become features no matter how long they persist or how amusing they are.
Surely I don't expect much by expecting someone with some average English competency doing English translation? I mean, they work with a Canadian company. I'm sure they could arrange SOME kind of spellcheck to not let these kind of language glitches through after years of cooperation.

Also, I'm pretty sure their usage of "enriched" was just a major fuck up regarding the words lich/rich.
I'd need the specific dialogue line in Japanese to say for sure though.

I actually work in LQA, so maybe that's why these linguistic disasters irk me so much.

Maybe its a dracorich because its rich, in spirit.

Villager's spirits, more specifically.

It wouldn't be nearly as intimidating if it were a dracopoor

Re: (Nutaku) Milenium War Aigis (English Version)

It's kind of wierd having the pumpkins talk without using ~Kabo~ That's is their thing. This meansErikawon't have it which wouldmake her kiddnap and all brainwashing into thinking she is pumpkin a moot point :/

Oh! I just realize, I dug my own grave, I don't have enough bandits to AW Roana and already AW Leda.... hahahaha Dracolich is gonna feast on my team.

Re: (Nutaku) Milenium War Aigis (English Version)

So that Dracor(l)ich paralysis I assume? That's... not good. Definitely not good. Might be great using Anita's skill but still have her only on main and... well that might prove quite annoying. Should've AW Rowanna or Thetis...

you can triangle block him if you dont have any paralysis immunes at the bottom 2 slots by portal and the one just above those 2. just make sure you have an aw healer in the radius of all 3 or the para will last too long.

you can use this video for reference, but we dont have the orc chick or white emperor so you'll have to improvise from there.

Triangle block? You mean it's possible to have him in the place where might be blocked by couple blockers because of paralysis?

he occupies multiple slots cuz he's huge. at the bottom there is 3 slots where he will get stuck going back and forth between all 3.

Re: (Nutaku) Milenium War Aigis (English Version)

Yup. Triangle strat is viable for tanking big mobs. Just make sure you've got a trio capable of tanking the mob in question.

You can also use a ranged melee mob in one of the slots to help dps down said mob.

Re: (Nutaku) Milenium War Aigis (English Version)

What baffles me is that the translation has improved quite a bit and seems to be (without knowing the original japanese text) to be good enough.

And then we get Dracorich....

@Nordland if you give the devs your feedback. Please tell them how... weird Dracorich sounds and that the way they translate names is just.... not very good.

Just transliterating them to Romaji would actually be an improvement over whatever dark witchcraft they're doing to get the translated names.

Just tell them to straight up translate all names in Katakana to Romaji. That alone would be better then what we have atm. :p

(ルビナス as Rubinasu is still better then Lupine... she's not a wolf but has ruby red hair xD )

I can see this. Olivie, Berna and Raven :D (if they can survive at least 1 hit from Draco).

The translation pingpongs back and forth between being competent and being gibberish constantly. I'm half convinced the quality of the translation on any given week is determined by whether the staff come in hungover or not.

"90k HP, 1200 physical melee atk, 1500 magic ranged atk (his range is very small), 600 DEF and 50 MR.

Also, paralyzes targets after 3 hits. Switches to ranged atk when not blocked."
Courtesy of Luminon in the wiki.

Raven and Olivia should resist the 1 hit, Berna well it depends on her level.

On my end I'll use the princess tri-force [Sybilla - Sherry - Lilia] It should be enough to tank him normally. I'll most like gonna have to change that to Anya - Imelia - Bernice if I want to use AW thief. Since it's attack goes up to 1.8k phs and 2k mag

EDIT:

Sellius that vid is from revival so is not too good of a reference, <- this one is from the original event. The difference are increase dificulty and events units that are yet to come.

they might have a few people who do translations ending up with a wide range of good to bad to hilarious translations
