The notice tells you all the ones available from the event areas, but if you want detailed information, just go to the first page of this thread, there is an event pulldown that has the info you are looking for
Event 3 Special will be the place where Goma shines.
I suggest bringing at least 1 or 2 attak debuffer for it.
Bring in powerful healers if your Goma is too low Lvl. Use Free exp if have.
Mainly get water eromons if you don't think you can burst her down.
Most dmg against her will be just 10 if even on high combos if you don't have Sapphires.
On the other hand, you can easily combo up to 200+ if you decide to bring a really more-tanky-less-damage team.
You can also use Heavy Hitter along with Attack buffers. Thats what others do.
Don't let your combo die down. It will most likely be that you'll only deal minimal dmg against her.
Her 4 spells are:
Bah Humbug - Deals Fire AoE and has 890 skill power
Gift Bomb - Deals single Fire Dmg, most likely has 1k skill power
Power Unleashed - Powers up her NEXT attack only.
Catastrophic Sin - Uses it immediately after powering up. MASSIVE AoE Dmg.
Here is a Sucky vid that I recorded to show how Rumpy does if you don't use attack debuff nor attack buff. If you plan on watching these vids, I recommend using the x2 spd because recording makes it lag.

Boss Patern:
This might not be 100% accurate, but this is a compilation of how she acts on my runs.
1. Bah Humbug
2. Normal Attack / Gift Bomb
3. Normal Attack / Gift Bomb
4. Normal Attack / Gift Bomb
5. Power Unleashed
6. Catastrophic Sin
7. Normal Attack / Gift Bomb
8. Normal Attack / Gift Bomb
9. Bah Humbug
will inspect again if I try to do combo ranking
Some Tactic peeps have used.
Mind you that I have not used everything here, just compiling what other people have used / do.
1. Weaken the Enemy. (What I personally use because its do-able w/o gacha girls)
Another Sucky Vid. Try to read the address bar if you can. Cuz my Quality Sucks.

This is for those who use 2 attack debuffers in their team.
Use the first debuff before she attacks, don't just use it at the very beginning... wait at least her turn if 70% filled or so.
Then use the second debuffer after 4 or 5 of her turns.
After that, just time if when you think the debuff is about to wear out.
Conserve your mana and don't use Dmg skills.
Focus on nobody dying
2. Drown the Witch
This is for the lucky people who have all the the good stuff.
Buff up 2 or more Attack Boost.
Debuff her with -Def.
Spam the Shit out of Rumpy with everything you got.
Even others are using wind to beat her with this tactic.
3. Mixed Feelings.
For people with a really balanced team.
Use team attack up buff + team def up.
Debuff her -Attack and/or -Def
Conserve remaining mana for survivability
4. Gotta Go fast!
Someone is saying to use spd boost....
I don't really know because you'll be blasted by Rumpy's AoE, but if you want to try it, go ahead...
5. Lightning Strikes.
theannonymous1000 said that topaz deals more damage

So use lotta Topaz, I guess
Okay, I confirmed it... my Lady is dealing 7.6k dmg with just 1 stack of her buff.
So I think this really is working? But no.. not really.
I tried to use my Sierra with Vortex Lv 10 and she only deals 476 dmg.
This is because of the Attack Buff of Lady.
Other Topaz don't really dmg that too high dmg.
Especially if they don't have atk buffs.
So Here is another Low Quality Vid (Cuz my laptop sucks) thats supposed to show that Its the Attack stat that makes units deal more dmg. Unfortunately, I forgo to use Vortex....who meh, who cares anyway >.>

But Really... The true way to deal with Rumpy is to have at least someone in your team with high enough atk to deal dmg to her. You just gotta survive until she slowly gets killed.
Thats why Tactic # 2 is for the powerbomb peeps.
Because they can just boost up their atk and reduce rump's def and "BOOM!" that they don't need the effort to survive.

If you really don't have the means of dealing with because of limited available eromons for combat, then sometimes you just need to give up on it.
There is still Intermediate and Advance if you just want to get Rumpy, then you can go back to Event Special 2 for EPs. It will be really hard to stay in top 500 ranking if you don't have EP boosters nor stam pots though.
How do you guys kill her? I threw everything I had at her and still lost. Only do 10 dmg. I threw the most powerful everything on the first round with her and still only got her down to 1/2 health
Can she be gotten from the lower tier like intermediate or advanced?

Bring Sapphire/Water Eromon (or at the very least, don't bring Emerald/Wind Eromon), bring a nuke (doesn't need to be water) and maybe a defense-debuffer/attack-buffer.
I still accidentally broke my combo against her and barely won with no casualties in my second run. Thank god for Kisaki's Spicy Cooking.
And yes, I think you can even get her from Birthday 4.

It is said that you have to hit her hard on the very first attack because (chat theories) her def increases the more she is attacked.

Bam Burnch...or somthing. - Deals Fire AoE and has 890 skill power
A Gift - Deals single Fire Dmg, most likely has 1k skill power
Power up - Powers up her NEXT attack only.
Something something - Uses it immediately after powering up. MASSIVE AoE Dmg.
The irony of it is that on my first run, Umino was 55 I think or something close.
Then I used free exp on 2nd run, she was 65 then... and she dealth lower dmg.
Is it just me or the last boss def got incrase? I swear i still hit around 10-11k with lady + buff before, and now only 7k dmg, after using def down gummies i notice her def was 6,5k+ (Dafuk?).
Rumpy's too crazy on Special for me - guess I'm sticking to Advanced.
Full combo, ATK buff - lv67 Lady deals 1.1k, everything else deals 10 damage >_> "seems legit". My problem with her seems to be the ability to dish out all that damage straight away - she's missing the "charging/powering up" phase that lets you prepare. If my Jean could AoE like that every turn - I wouldn't be needing a team, in the first place.
To me, for that difficulty, anything short of a guaranteed reward isn't worth the effort. I'll do one more Special run just to use Kuran's ability and see Rumpy's actual stats, but that's it.
P.s. Can anyone confirm she's obtainable from E3-12? Because JP wiki claims it's "E3-13~15" only.
