dev has finally made some new playable portion of the game, last time there was something available was around march of this year, but from his own words this is just to test compatibility and look for bugs, which is pretty disappointing.

most of the "demo" is just linear, as iris you move around the guild/agency, until you go outside, sneak into a house and try to rob a safe. upon opening it, iris is ambushed by some thieves, theres a scripted battle where dahlia saves iris from the thieves, and then after a bit of story, it switches over to nestor, where all you are allowed to do is talk to 3 npcs in the guild/agency, beardman, store girl, and glasses girl (i dont know their name), after that the demo just ends.

if people are wondering about h content, the furthest it gets is one of the thieves jacking off and cumming on iris's face, aside from that, its just iris bending over when doing the safe minigame, clothes destruction, and a kick that shows off her panties.

the creator wants people to use a hashtag on twitter to give feedback on it, which is kinda weird? since it is a paid demo, so that already limits how many people will get the chance to play it, and then only a portion of the ones who have something to say will just find it easier to report any feedback on the same cien article.

I know the dev has added a LOT of stuff, but considering that he jumped straight over the enemies from the 1st stage (or even the scenes with Dahlia), i do feel that his rewards on ci-en right now are.... Ehhhh

Hell, i thought that the game had a chance to release full on 2022 on my old comments here, but knowing how much stuff this dev has added, and hasn't finished certain parts of the game and even has been reworking full things on it.... I sadly give it a 2023 release

weird part is, seems hes gonna release the current paid "demo" publicly this friday, which i dont really mind other people getting the chance to test it, but kinda feels like if you paid, you really didnt get anything this month, technically you got the chance to play it early i guess? just doesnt feel right, hope he expands the content of the demo for subscribers.

also seems hes now adding another mechanic into the game...

it's just the demo that was released a week ago for paid plan users, no changes
but hey at least didn't have to pay for the tiny bit of content it had.

Dev actually wrote(?) that the demo was going to be showing the mechanic of the lockpicking + extra short fight scene

I liked how he went and gave each character "mouth animation" when talking, but .... Yeah, lots of OTHER stuff

I'm just waiting for the Chimera and the new character scene

Do you guys think that's roughly all the progress there is? or maybe he is holding back on some content?
And he IS holding back, but i say roughly because most we've seen are things like the plants grabbing both iris and dahlia, which is not like, a whole lot much either

For anyone wondering, it's an "Operation Check" demo - the point isn't to showcase content per se as much as it is to have the bare minimum of different kinds of content to make sure it doesn't crash or have major bugs for various users. Before this, the dev put a ton of time and effort into a 3D (non-H) game and the first demo for it was a real mixed bag since it looked amazing for people who could run it, but there were also users for whom it just crashed constantly. I can't say anything for certain, but given that it seems that they've totally stopped working on that for the moment and have swiveled to this, and are putting out an operation test...I can infer a few things at least.

I was always suspicious of the art style and in-game models back in the Iris Action days, the resemblance was just too uncanny

There are quite a few devs who have nsfw and sfw counterparts

Yeah I get that. Earth series turn based RPG, Trenia Action, 3D Earth series game, and this...
They're constantly juggling projects, which makes it seem like all of them are delayed indefinitely. This one at least seems to be using a mix of skills from the others, so hopefully it manages to reach completion.

Well, considering that the dev have been jumping from one project to another without finishing anyone since the release of his first (and only) work, Iris action in ....2012... I'll keep my expectation low. 10 years working and nothing finished ;(

By the looks of it, the dev will either release an english version of the game too, on the dev's twitter you can see the menu, item store and one of the characters bio in English

Really hoping for the bestiary get details of the enemies (like how do they rape the characters)
