Overquest - What if the good guys had already lost?

Re: Overquest - What if the good guys had already lost?

This is, below the sexy, funny exterior a dangerous setting fighting a superior totalitarian regime that controls most of your surroundings. I had this thingie already prepared for in case you messed up. There is always a chance to make it through without attracting troubles, but its slim.

Roll the fort save and you will see what happens. :p

Re: Overquest - What if the good guys had already lost?

I did, I got a 13. So I guess I'll jsut end my post at failing it.

.. uhmm ok.. your choice

Re: Overquest - What if the good guys had already lost?

Well if I'm disabled or confused or hyper horny I can't really answer her question so...

Re: Overquest - What if the good guys had already lost?

Ah ok, you want to get captured, can do.

Re: Overquest - What if the good guys had already lost?

Perception is straight intelligence if not trained right? Is there a penalty?

Straight wis and not before you are dazzled.

Re: Overquest - What if the good guys had already lost?

Not really a want but... If I fail the fort, I assume something happens... Then I should probably include it in my post... Else it doesn't make sense chronologically? Like I'm dazzled and fort save or else ???. So something happened. But I don't know what it is. I assume it's a smoke bomb that does something to disable those in it. So if I'm disabled I can't answer the question?

In otherwords if I don't know what happened I can't really write a proper follow up to it happening. Unless you're saying nothing happens immediatly from failing the save?

Re: Overquest - What if the good guys had already lost?

Ah, I get the misunderstanding. Presume you can at least run along with and hear your grumpy rescuer. You can rp to be lost and behind if you want to get snatched which will be kinky and provide insights into the setting.. ^^

Re: Overquest - What if the good guys had already lost?

Well suppose it;s only fair that I fuck everything up too :p

Re: Overquest - What if the good guys had already lost?

Oh dear, I'm reading this thread convo first before the IC one. Sounds like we're fucked...

Re: Overquest - What if the good guys had already lost?

Never read OOC first :p

Anyway, giving Diagas a chance to post to be halplessly pulled along much as I wanna respond now. ^^

Re: Overquest - What if the good guys had already lost?

Okay, caught up and posted.

It hadn't been my intention for Yan Yenna to have shouted her stuff out loud so that the tailor would overhear.

I know I didn't explicitly say it, but neither did I say that I was shouting. I guess common sense isn't implied. Anyway, we're where we are now.

Is Sekla with us? Sounded like she was just trying to dart away rather than follow?

That is a bit of an issue, yes, I will resolve it once I know where Orelia heads. ^^

As for people hearing things.. I assume that Oreal and the tailor COULD have heard it,.. what Kiyomi said, everyone heard for sure.

Hopefully we can get the rebels to slip her some soldiers serum if they have it and we won't have to worry about a potential spy or traitor in our midst or any PvP :p Her being Orelia, in case it wasnt clear who I was referring to.

Re: Overquest - What if the good guys had already lost?

Well I figure she's confused or dazed or something and being in a smoke bomb probably got confused and lost in that mess. Hard not to given how fast that had went in effect.

Orelia was not conditioned, she grew up a slave. Soldier serum doesn't do much for her.

Also means shes not as loyal as Corgana, without regular conditioning, which she missed thanks to you.

That much is for rp, not telling more because spoiler stuff. ^^

Its fine, I'll roll a dice to see if you manage to follow along.. or run somewhere more risky, requiering a rescue. Either way will be interesting. If you make it good, if not, everyone will realize you's missing as you go into the rebels hideout.

Re: Overquest - What if the good guys had already lost?

Well, Sekla isn't a total push over alone at least if worse comes to worse but aye.

Re: Overquest - What if the good guys had already lost?

In retrospect, I wonder if it would've helped or not or have really been better if I passed or aced that bluff check? I mean I know that passing is better than failing.. But I'm talking more in the context of making a getaway...
