"Seems you haven't read Mak'rien's guide to bondage techniques, where he explains that Victorian education is a sub-fetish in bondage culture, centered around err, well, a strict education, usually by a female dominant. Yeah I know my stuff, hah!" She flexed.
"Awww.. now I feel bad for having to smack you though, finally someone that gives air magic the respect it deserves. Why indeed, air elemental types are not as strong in offense as fire, or defense as earth, nor are they as versatile as water with its many forms, but they are the best at using speed support magic, plus if you use your spells precisely you can have offensive and defensive capabilities rivaling the other elements, if in only short bursts." She was happy to chat on, positively beaming as if she had just been praised, before adding.:
"Well, yeah, but you -knowing- I can create huge, short lived bursts of speed with my Zephyr spell, to further enhance the speed the Heart of Rashemen grants me doesn't exactly mean you can keep up better, now, does it?" She showed her tongue in the direction she thought her librarian ally had moved in, before spinning around quickly, slapping her bum as well.
"Huh? AHahahah. bwahahha.. I get it.. caught wind.. haaaah... oh you'll catch my wind if you don't watch out." She chuckled, more into puns than encyclopedic knowledge it seemed. "Not just a wind-mage though. Don't underestimate the Wings of Hope and her agents."
She did eep a bit at the threat of being made to organize books all about however. That was truly worrysome! "Years ago, huh? So you finally managed to organize them yourself? You know, if you throw them at people less, that'd totally help the sorting along." She noted, feistily.
"Hey, if you wanna have some lewd fun I'm all up for it, for that I want those missing pages." She nodded. "And no weird things like Missionary or the lights out while at it." She added.
"Battle-schmattle, all tactical you prattle, come on now time to tattle, I'm the farmer and you are the chattel!"
She posed, clearing her throat. "You know, alright, moral victory for the rapping, but how do you do this voice thing." She mused, putting one hand onto the ground, almost exploratively.
"And hold on.. this is almost like you use.. yes, that's shadow magic you use too. Aha!.. Well, I'm a sucky opponent for you then, many of my kind are born with shadow magic." She turned around to the hand, noticing it,.. but not what it deposed.
"No shadowy-grabbing.. need to switch to a defensive variant it seems. Cloak of darkness!" She declared, shadows crawling up on her, similiar to Deva, but not as intense.
"Huh, is that a fly? Eeep! owie! shoo." Once she noticed the fly, it was an easy gesture of wind-magic to woosh it away, of course, with the Aeva rubbing the pin-prick of potential inky poison, hoping that destroying the fly was enough.. she was more worried of someone stealing her blood for blood-magic, after all.
"The heck is that, that's not shadow magic.. uhmn it's.. realm control? And book-magic. Never seen anything like that. hrmnn. Book magic... uh... Welp, I'll just have to be faster than whatever it does and shadow-walk back to the Twilight paradise. Aha, the doggie found you." She noted, through the link. Well, her mission was not to battle the librarian, it was to find information. She looked at the fly, and then focused. The Librarian, if she judged things right, was the prepare and observe type, so the shadow-mastiff would make for a great distraction.. so she could try using her higher level abilities now. Before that fly, if it did poison her, could cause any harm.
"Speed of Zephyr. Step of shadows." She said, her form blurring. Having been born with two innate magic types had one more secret that perhaps the librarian knew of as well, but hopefully did not expect. Ayven was moderatly adequate at two types of magic.. and in exchanged, had learned to combine them both into what she called her own little magic. "Ghost-Step." She declared, floating, like an ectoplasmic spectre, straight through the wall of the librarians office, expecting the door magically trapped.. but few trapped their walls! She looked around curiously, re-solidifying with her magic wearing out, and panting briefly. Shadow-walking the whole body was taxing at the best of times.
Meanwhile.
The Doggie was not, infact, a nice doggie. It was a creature of shadows and usually quite evil desires, in this case, slightly... adjusted by Ayven to be more lustful than anything. It growled and approached the half-hidden librarian, sniffing in her general direction and growling again if she moved overly, pushing her further down and with her back to the wall with its snout, inhaling her scent and panting..
That said, it was not that strong a summoning, technically not that much stronger than a normal wolf in the darkness, and far more vunerable in the light. Still, if the librarian sought not to escape or counter it, the beast would lustfully growl and interpose itself upon her, 'distracting' her while Ayven peered around in the office. She didn't believe the librarian to be so impractical as to carry pages on herself all time, where they could easily be bent or damaged. No, rather, she expected something like a Drawer 'hidden secret pages, plz don't look'.. well, perhaps not that obvious. But orderly types were so predictable.
She scratched the fly-sting again, absent-mindedly.
