What's new

RPG Ci-En Active RPG Maker Vore [RAVE-N] Eclipse Fragment / えくりぷすふらぐめんと

I know I promised I wouldn't spam the thread every bloody time Rave-n tweets.
I know he posts updates around mid-month so we'll probably have the new ci-en post in, like, 3-4 days.
But every one of you is probably enough of a seasoned perv to know how to subscribe to a ci-en devblog, but you're not as maniacally obsessed as me and you might miss the tweets — and he tweeted some pretty exciting stuff. Also why would you believe my promises, everyone knows I'm a fucking liar.

Therefore, . From the high health, that probably shows a miniboss.
I love how this dev manages to make his niche fetishes so palatable, I mean I'm not into vore, but this one sure as hell doesn't disgust me, quite the opposite.
Also, "This is a Pocky game that has become popular in Japan.". Hehe.

But that's not the thing that excites me the most, .
This could be a boss, I think? But the monster is not what excites me about the pic. D'you notice?
Because I really am hyped that Rune Rabbit is back. If this means that we solve her subplot here and don't have to chase her for the whole game, that's very good news for the plot.
But, even if it's something like Kitty gaining her powers, we still get to see more of the superior Rabbit outfit. The one thing I think I don't like that much in the new game is Rune Kitty's quasi-monochrome bullshit design.

Oh man, I really love when the victim got swallowed from up and down like this <3

I see I haven't spammed in two months, so just a reminder that I regularly update the OP when new stuff comes out, even if I don't advertise it here.
Several new animations added since last update:
  • Cat girl
  • Cat girl getting
  • Cat girl (this is from, like, 4 hours ago).
My favorite are probably the starfishes.
I keep absolutely loving the overdrain. It's an amazing feature, that makes me appreciate even the lamest scenes.

also shows off three new side character girls.
The weird thing, is that two out of three are apparently allies. Which surprises me, because Twilight Scramble had exactly zero characters with portraits that weren't involved in ecchi scenes, I wonder how it will work. I know how it works for the third character, which is another Lunatic Gazer executive and seems to be providing the sadistic dialogue while the spider boss drains you, like the other two executives we saw so far did with the demo bosses. Seems to be the new format? Let's hope the new format involves some yuri eventually, why not have more characters that want to drain Lulu, there's always room.

So, been a while.
Dev has taken a fairly long hiatus early this year, but has resumed work, slow and steady. While says he hasn't quite finished stage two, the latest animations show a different background, indicating they might be from stage three — which means he's probably close.

Also, I think it's worth exploring some of the most recent animations RAVE-N has posted, both because it's awesome, and because it seems to showcase some interesting mechanics.

I'd start with this nice partial-vore anemone.
Nice animation, yes, but there's another thing.
RAVE-N's calling attention to the new sound. I'd call attention to the fact that Lulu's rune knight outfit is ripped — she is topless here.
If you recall, attacks leaving a mark on Lulu for the rest of the fight is already a mechanic. In the demo you could, for example, get a drool mark where Lulu got attacked. This might indicate that clothing damage may be handled the same way — would be neat, if that's the case!

Second exibit: this starfish game over scene.
Yup, it's both Lulu and Mimi. While, sadly, RAVE-N clarifies this isn't an indication that the two girls will fight together, he did specify that there will be more scenes with both girls — and also with three.

Finally, this very hot animation, where I really like Lulu's defeated pose. And there's a nice homage — you probably recognized the Mugen slime.
Doubt he'll go much further than draining and smooching in this game — but this animation might not be is all that it does, mostly because the dev also included the actual drill version that you see in Mugen.

Finally, aside from progressing, he's also polishing.
I like that he's added colors to the skills. So now you can more easily tell what the fuck they do — otherwise, you wouldn't have been able to tell which of your skills is the one that does, say, the lightning damage, unless you read the description.

As always, I update this thread's OP every time there's a new animation, even when I don't make new posts, so if you're interested you can keep an eye on the OP.
I can't wait for this game to come out. It's basically my fetish heaven.
