Not entirely sure what you mean, but the patches are out on the devs site, just apply it. And the translation patch works fine with 1.12, might be fine with 1.10...
I believe the last girl is the goddess/red fairy (or Raibu Rarara as AA has translated her).
Come on dude while that would make sense for plot scene this is a sex scene. While it's obvious what the text is about actually being able to read it makes the scene much hotter.- The floating texts of sex scenes with Rimu is in the .exe file and they're quite obivious like you said so I don't think I'll translate them.

She's a small girl wearing a red dress. Make sure you have the latest update, as that's when she was added.

If I remember correctly, you have to finish the game at least on normal end
I might've gotten to the control room before then, but didn't finish the first ending before getting her. Kinda weird, sure you've got 1.12?

Yeah, I haven't played this game for awhile and most of us have cleared the game a long time before 1.12. So it's quite hard to tell what trigger Raibu rarara to appear

You should ask that on the main thread, not the translation thread. You already asked a question there and i even replied to you so i dunno why you chose to ask this one in the translation thread instead. Also if you are here just for the H scenes and didn't play the game before i would recommend to do so, since the games from this creator are one of the few games where gameplay actually matters.
