Maybe I was misremembering, or there could be differences between the game and the demo. I did use MTool, and it did show four skills right next to each other. One is Nipple masturbation which is only allowed if you have the latex suit. However, there are three others: Showoff Anus, Sexy Dance, and Spread Legs Wide. These I remember being applied only during the creation mini boss battle. Each one even states that they cannot be used while getting, well fucked. So they seem to be player-activated in some way.
I did find one (potentially more) untranslated abilities/ effects... maybe. I think if you get futa cum addiction, it is properly translated, but the pop-up on the left side of the screen where it shows +Joy is not translated. I think one of the other addictions is in a similar spot ( maybe famgasm), but I'm not too sure.
