Hey all,

Just an update on how things are going with the translation. Good news is I've finally managed to catch up with all the h-scenes up to where I left the story. I've also done some image translation (along with the new title screen whilst I was playing around with Photoshop) so the world map will look a bit different.

Also at one point I got a bit bored with replaying the same game over and over making sure everything is okay, so I started translating another game (which I won't mention for now in case I give up on it). It is smaller than this game is so I intend on releasing it at the same time as the full for this.

However, up until I get my Christmas break I've got group work and other assignments due in soon so I probably won't get to work on it much until I'm done with those. I also promised a patch release in like a week or two but I don't really feel like it's enough to release (even though it's more than I've done in the past) so I might leave it until December. Either way I'll let you guys know what's up.

P.S. Updated the first post to show exactly which scenes have been done so far. Also it's fine to PM me if you need help with patching, want the game or if there are any other problems.

nah, its fine.
Before Christmas universities usually want you to work more than usual to compensate for the long break, so we're all understanding that you can't work as much as before on translating this.

The only reason I was confused is because I didn't realize I had to patch it with the translation tool. I thought the tool was used solely by translators, and that the included fnr.exe file was the patcher.

Ah, that's what I use to help me with translating, that's my fault... I'll leave it out of the next release so no one gets confused again. Thanks for letting me know.

Been a white since I checked in on this, you're progressing at a decent pace. And looking at the Cgs this game looks like it could be fun. I look forward to the next patch. :)
Also out of the games you might work on next, I'd personally like to see Princess Knight Rachel translated. At the end of the day it's your call though. :)

Hey guys,

I haven't done any translating at all since my last post on here so I'm gonna release something on the 30th. It won't have that much story advancement. I'll do up until the end of the fire seal so if you want to give the patch a miss then you're free to do so, since it's mostly me catching up on the H-Scenes I skipped. I'll have way more time to work on this next month so I'll make up for it then. Anyway, a sneak peak of what you'll get in the next patch.

Um give me a few days... I definitely didn't miss any lines whilst translating H-Scenes... Nah, I wouldn't do something like that... By the end of this week the latest :eek:

is the 4th and 5th pics in your H-Scenes Translated spoiler for the check point scenes? theyre checked off as completed but its not translated in my game and im using the latest trans patch.

It's what I've got done at the moment that's not been released, just so people know how I'm progressing without having to post on the thread. I put a note below saying all changes to the first post may not reflect anything that is on the current patch. Tomorrow (or Sunday if I'm lazy) you'll have those scenes so don't worry. :)

Yeah so, bit of a dilemma... Where you plug in the charger for my laptop broke and it's out of battery so I can't upload the patch until I get it fixed. It's kind of a nightmare because I have uni work on there. Hopefully I can get it fixed this week. Anyway, I apologise. Should've put the patch up earlier today.

My laptop will be back by the end of this week. Mind I've already missed when I said I would release the patch so I'm thinking of just releasing that plus what I will do this month later, so that it's much more worthwhile.
