Based on that update, they seem to have great plans for this game.
Updates I saw, include:
A menu/status screen: which you can access by pressing W, and if you go down and select the third option, you get to select active items for the heroine to quickly use on the battle.
A level up system: Although the goblins don't give any EXP, you start out with 100 spendable points, that you can put in various stats.
Suggestive items: among the usual fair of items that replenish Life, and Magic with the simple press of the S button, there are three items of note that I saw; One, was the tranquilizer, which, when used, takes your character's exstacy level down a tad, and removes the penalties of being extremely horny. Second, was the Holy_Vibrator, Now, even though this sounds interesting, so far, I haven't been able to do anything with it.
And lastly, and my favorite, is the Abortion Drug! For reasons I feel I don't need to disclose, based on the very forum I'm posting on, the sight of this item makes me eager to see what enemies come next.

I can barely read some, and can't speak it worth shit. But, I found out what the names of the items were by selecting them, and seeing the English name at the bottom of the screen when you were out of the main menu.
