I tried an awful lot and only saw two, the mystery of what that animation is will haunt me for eternity

I can't tell you how to get it but I dug through the files:

Animation 1: Front grab and kiss - insta gameover
Animation 2: Grabbed during the charge - fingered then lifted up
Animation 3: Unknown Got it, you have to be below HP and grabbed from behind during charge - laying down and prone-boned

No keypresses required, just be below half HP.

I can't get the 2nd one at all, and it seems the fat guy tend to attack more than grabbing me... how do I know if he's going to grab or slash attack

you don't, also if he like kills you from behind he keeps attacking you forever in a loop, but if he kills you from the front and you get sent flying away when he approaches he starts an h scene

Okay for proprieties sake, Bug guy has three, front grab, rear grab at above and below 50%. Fat guy has front grab, downed grab, and rear grab, plus a guro grab when it is at low hp. One tentacle scene upon downed, one small bug grab. That should be every single animation.

So I can trigger Fat Guy's front (hug and kiss?) and rear (laying down getting boned?) but can't get the fingering...
