"I am very pleased zhat Ampia has passed a liberal policy! I was rather dismayed to see zhat I had drawn 2 fascist policies and just 1 liberal one. Based on Xenia's calculations of our claims, it is possible that I could have drawn 2 fascist policies... but it seems more likely that one or more of our previous presidents may have lied about vhat policy zhey discarded..."

"I personally am more dismayed about how many people did not have faith in this government. My suspicions of Brigitte only continue to grow, as do my suspicions of Emelie. If the policy discards had been lied about, perhaps Emelie had actually put a liberal card away without us knowing. After all, who starts off a government with two liberal cards and does not allow for a test? I kept this to myself earlier, but now with the no vote I am suddenly less trustful. I assume Alisa's vote was more directed at Eliza, and while Eliza is very worthy of our ire, this was a bad time. I will give her a free pass on that." Ampia's musings tended into a ramble, so she eventually moved on to the issue at hand. "That said, I will grant Brigitte the trust for the moment she did not grant me, but it would be deliciously ironic if my suspicions turned out to be correct..."

"Let me make myself more clear, Dearest Eliza." Ampia openly giggles. "You are deserving of ire because you are so prissy and spankable. You get so worked up but it is cute when you are mad." Ampia's giggles intensify and she covers her mouth with a dainty hand.

"Hmmm, thank you Xenia for highlighting a fact there. If nobody lied, there were two liberal policies awaiting our attention in our IN paper box. That is... highly suspect. Not impossible, but suspect. Granted, it doesn't help us decide who was lying, and we need not waste more government time on that after our... vigorous debate..., but I think we can confirm that someone somewhere discarded a liberal when they claimed to have discarded a fascist. Unless the fascists are very good at coordinating using clairvoyance, my finger would be on one of the early Presidents..."
