In case you decide to go looking for more: This twitter account specialises in male/male MUGEN content, primarily of the "bara/bear" genre* with a secondary focus on male/male furry content. Most of the aggressor characters should be at least somewhat compatible with female victims, though you may need to add animations to your victims for everything to work properly. Aggressor characters will be described as "Top" if they have no victim compatibility, and either "Switch" or "Versatile" if they have both aggressor and victim functionality.
*Large men, typically muscular and/or overweight, often but not always hairy.
Also, have a link to both the Mediafire page the above twitter post points to

He says to add him on qq and look for his post to download. You just scan his qr code to add him I think. Too bad you need your phone number to sign up for both baidu and qq
 
I have no issues getting stuff on Baidu.
QQ is another story, No luck on that end for a while.

And this guy made edits of a bunch of dengeki characters, arcana, and some blazblue.
 
Does anyone know if there is a gallery available for these background arts of Tifa's?
I've tried to look for one, but haven't had luck :(

There is a twitter account by the name of Mysticdragoon01. It seems to have gone silent now - nothing MUGEN-related since March 2020, and no posts at all since July 2020 - but used to post edits of some of the bara-y rapers (including Mr. Bear) to add cum-on-screen and impregnation cut-in effects, though said effects are really spammy and tend to cover up the action. All of the links appear to still be functional as of this writing - perhaps this would be a good place to start looking through the code, to see how someone else did it.

More detailed information spoilered below.
The twitter post above links to two mediafire folders that contain, respectively:
1) A selection of "Breeder" (cum screen) and "Mpreg" (cum screen and impregnation cut-in) edits of several male rapers. Most of the Mpreg versions are included as a sub-folder in the character's Breeder archive.
2) "Nerfed" files that reduce the spam of the cum screen and impreg cut-in effects. These files are entirely optional, though I highly recommend using them. To do so, add the appropriate file (typicaly "[character].cns" or "rape([character]).txt") into the character's folder, overwriting the existing file. Depending on which character(s) you want to nerf, you might need to rename the nerfed file (e.g. "rape(bear).txt" -> "rape.txt") before overwriting the original.

, which links to an archive containing a set of modified files allowing manual control of cum screen (but not impreg cut-in) frequency. I've only tested the Mr. Bear version myself so I can't say how it works on other characters, but for Mr. Bear: During a cum event, hold whatever button your MUGEN recognises as z to spawn the effect. Be warned, I had to modify the file slightly to fix a crash when I tested it.

containing a .air file that, with a little know-how, can be used to quickly add basic compatibility animations for several rapers to most victims. Note that victims must already have the appropriate sprites for this to work correctly - if they do not have such sprites, you'll need to put in some extra effort to either add them yourself, or repurpose existing sprites. The archive has a tutorial video and Tutorial.txt instructions. They appear to be based on an old and now-defunct version of Fighter Factory, but most of it should translate - with varying degrees of accuracy - to newer versions as well.

He posted all of those on the MBT discord and I think some of them are on the furry mugen char discord as well. He's still active on all of those and has been making edits of the tops there for those effects.
