Because there's still play testing and fixing any bugs that pop up.

And then submitting to DLSite and getting final approval (usually they'd give a "if nothing goes wrong, it'd be up on X date" at this point)

I use Agi + Atlas and everything translates normally. Only Agi needs to be configured every time you start the game (((
