Katie decides to visit the maid from earlier, after all, she did say to meet her in her room. She wanders into the maid's quarters and finds the room, then knocks on the door. She hears no response at first, but eventually a voice comes from behind the door,
"It's unlocked, please come in..." the maid appears to be sitting in the middle of the room, looking at her, "Sorry... I was distracted by something."
Katie nods and enters the room, "You said you knew something about the ghosts?"
The maid offers her a seat and she takes it, "It has something to do with the Master's research... he... occasionally releases ghosts into the castles and has various people try to take care of it. If you're not strong enough.... most people he assigns to do the task end up dead, or occasionally undead..." She looks around, "I've... already said too much... I'm neither suppose to know that nor am I suppose to tell people... get out of here."
Katie blinks, then walks towards the door and down the hall to her room, the moon was already up, Earth's shadow covering about half of it. With a sigh, she looks around her room and ponders on what to do before sleeping... provided that she decides to sleep...

(sorry about the slow updates lately, stupid classes and finals)
Katie flicks the switch to the position marked News. A man's voice is heard from the radio, "...estagation of the death of the guild members continue. The lone survivor, Anne, has still refused any comment since her return. Further investigations by a private contractor has concludes that the initial suspect, another guild member, is still alive and is most likely the killer. Our investigator returned today after spending a few hours at the mansion, slightly bruised from what she said was a struggle with the suspect."
Katie blinks as she continues to listen to the radio, how was she still the primary suspect...? Didn't that girl who was fighting with say anything?
The report continues, "The suspect is considered armed and possibly quite dangerous. Anyone that sees her is to not approach her and instead contact the local authorities to deal with her. In other news, the owner of the mansion, Elgrin the Third, is planning on releasing new information on his robotics study, a study that once complete, may grant a second chance to those who have lost limbs." The newsreporter continues, going onto the weather, then after awhile, there's nothing but silence.
She hears footsteps approaching and shuts the radio off, hiding it her dresser. The footsteps seem to stop, the continue. She breathes a sigh of relief then yawns. It was getting late, anything else would have to wait...
She wakes up the next morning to see rain falling against her window. A clock in her room told her that it was 7:00 am. She starts to doze off again before someone starts to hammer on her door, "Get up! It's time for you to start your duties!"
