1.30 is available, you can now do it with Richard and the Peddler (who I'm surprised is female, and now that I think about it, she kinda reminds me of Noodle from Gorillaz). Here are the patch notes:

There's been some updates since the last post:

There's a new slave mark now which is a crotch tattoo, for people who like that. I prefer it over the graffiti for most characters.
There's also a new prostitution function, in the items > next to your money where you can offer money to fuck the person you're inspecting. They might refuse it outright or agree, then you can change how much money you're willing to offer.

Version 1.40 is out. Adds a "disable orgasms" button, a new event and a couple of costumes, and the redhead from the circle's business simulation game Anekasegi. She only appears in Sandbox Mode as far as I can tell.

The game has been updated on dlsite to version 1.50, though according to his blog it seems like there nay be a couple of bugs that need fixing, so if you want to use it keep a copy of your save data safe.
