The pleasure gauge also seems to be easier to raise with this version. You can actually seal the deal with Hana without using items or relying on the fortune teller now.
 
Also it seems Sibilla, the Fortuneteller, ended up getting her own clothing, and Tengsten did end up making a slightly different clothing for the chubby woman body-type, to differentiate from Sibilla's, which is a nice touch.

According to the patch notes for ver 1.16, all text up that point are translated, don't know if any newer versions has new text that still remains in Japanese
 
1.30 is available, you can now do it with Richard and the Peddler (who I'm surprised is female, and now that I think about it, she kinda reminds me of Noodle from Gorillaz). Here are the patch notes:

There's been some updates since the last post:

There's a new slave mark now which is a crotch tattoo, for people who like that. I prefer it over the graffiti for most characters.
There's also a new prostitution function, in the items > next to your money where you can offer money to fuck the person you're inspecting. They might refuse it outright or agree, then you can change how much money you're willing to offer.
 
Version 1.40 is out. Adds a "disable orgasms" button, a new event and a couple of costumes, and the redhead from the circle's business simulation game Anekasegi. She only appears in Sandbox Mode as far as I can tell.

Oh, also, the beastmen costumes. Seriously.
 
And version 1.41 has been also released some days ago, fixing some minor issues, mainly I remember some visual glitch with Frida's 4th costume, being displayed wrongly, and I also remember he added the option of high sex count people, the ones who are willing to offer you a service if you let them pass, to also I think appear with less clothing, also if they have the exhibitionist trait among that, as well as I think people who already you had sex them with no longer putting up resistance after a certain point, again if memory serves right.

in fact it's already 1.42
here's the differences from 1.40:
1.41: added a sexual preference system, can draw preferences such as "likes being abused", "whole body is sensitive" and 10% chance for "exhibitionists". Exhibitionists have a 7% chance to come in normally, 2% chance to not wear underwear, 1% chance to not be wearing anything. When they do come in, you have the choice to examine them or just refuse them immediately.
Also, female virgins and males with low sex count will cough/spit out semen after blowjobs instead of swallowing.
Finally, added manual to sandbox.

1.42: bugfixes and changed exhibitionist characters to only come in naked max once per day.

And now, unsurprisingly, there may be a version 1.43 soon-ish? enough, more so since it seems like on his Ci-en post regarding updates, version 1.42 introduced one glaring glitch, can't remember atm what was it, so he may emergency patch it/update it to said version later, maybe sooner than we would think.

The only detail they've shared about the next game is that it will be a management game. Which, I suppose, doesn't really surprise anyone, given the circle. I guess it rules out a sequel to Dungeon Repeater.
 
The game has been updated on dlsite to version 1.50, though according to his blog it seems like there nay be a couple of bugs that need fixing, so if you want to use it keep a copy of your save data safe.

[Bug Fixes]

Known bug (updated around 17:30 on 11/30)
The following is a bug newly confirmed in Ver1.52. Will be supported next time.

  • The version notation on the title screen is still Ver1.51
  • The difficulty level of save data is not displayed correctly on the save load screen.
  • At the re-dating event with Hana, some of the options at the beginning are incorrect
The following symptoms have occurred in the past ver, but are under investigation.
　Please let us know if you experience similar symptoms.

  • When Hana
    appears in normal work after having sex with Hana for the first time at Hana's date event , the first partner and sexual experience are not reflected
  • Male characters appearing at the checkpoint at the final event
    may not appear when using the flag set (red)
既知の不具合 (11/30 17:30頃 更新)
下記はVer1.52で新たに確認された不具合です。次回対応予定。

  • タイトル画面のバージョン表記がVer1.51のままになっている
  • セーブロード画面にて、セーブデータの難易度が正しく表示されていない
  • ハナとの再デートイベントにて、冒頭の選択肢の表記が一部誤っている
下記の症状は過去verで発生しましたが調査中です。
　同様の症状が発生した方はご一報ください。

  • ハナのデートイベントでハナと初めてSEXしたあと
    通常業務でハナが出現した際、初めての相手及び性経験が反映されていない
  • 終盤のイベントで関所に登場する男性キャラが、
    フラグセット(赤)を使用していると登場しないことがある
 
Pretty happy to have found this game, surprised I found myself liking it enough to keep it around.
