The Love Thread (Or Just Warms and Fuzzies)

Re: The Love Thread (Or Just Warms and Fuzzies)

Very true.

*pulls collar out and peeks inside shirt* Yup, still a girl. And then there's that thread buried several pages in on "Everything Else" that helps me prove it.

Re: The Love Thread (Or Just Warms and Fuzzies)

*Sneaks a peek, too.* Yup. *Clears throat."

Anyway, more on topic... I've been re-watching Star Trek TNG on DVD. Awesome series, and not just for the nostalgia.

Re: The Love Thread (Or Just Warms and Fuzzies)

Some people aren't going to like this but...

I LOVE my girlfriend... Not in the "I have a crush" way, but really love... If we weren't together she'd still be one of my best friends, and even sexually she's into pretty much what I'm into, and I LOVE HER!

...

For someone who's a cynical narcissist like me... That's pretty fucking incredible!

Re: The Love Thread (Or Just Warms and Fuzzies)

Good to hear its working out quite well. And also good to know you can openly accept your feelings, narcissist or not.

Congratulations Wonder... and Happy Birthday.

Re: The Love Thread (Or Just Warms and Fuzzies)

I love getting to sleep in on a weekday. *satisfied yawn*

Re: The Love Thread (Or Just Warms and Fuzzies)

I love once again having a mouse with a working mouse wheel. Easy zooming and weapon changing, here I come! *splort*

Re: The Love Thread (Or Just Warms and Fuzzies)

Huzzah!

Me, I had a retail therapy day today and, in the process of looking around for TimTams in the ethnic section of my one grocery store (which I found none. Bah.), I did manage to find something that a friend has been seeking for a good amount of time. Was very happy about that. And I get tiramisu tonight, too. Yay!

Re: The Love Thread (Or Just Warms and Fuzzies)

*Noms her friends*

Without my friends here, I would have been long gone from the shoutbox. Thank you friends. :3

Re: The Love Thread (Or Just Warms and Fuzzies)

nunu adores this brilliant australian invention. do you get double choc where you are?

Re: The Love Thread (Or Just Warms and Fuzzies)

> Timtams
> Australian invention

Hope you enjoy stealing British chocolates and renaming them.

Re: The Love Thread (Or Just Warms and Fuzzies)

on my way back from canadia i was sitting next to three irish massouses and they saw the complimentary timtam from the airline and were just like, meh... there renamed penguin buiscuits.

after they ate them they asked me for my delicious buiscut as it was so drasticaly superiour to penguin buiscuts.

Re: The Love Thread (Or Just Warms and Fuzzies)

Pfft. Penguins > Timtams. And that is all there really is to say on the matter.

Re: The Love Thread (Or Just Warms and Fuzzies)

have you ever had timtams?

Re: The Love Thread (Or Just Warms and Fuzzies)

No, but as a British citizen I can safely say that Penguin bars are the superior product.

Re: The Love Thread (Or Just Warms and Fuzzies)

would you rather the original penicilin or the stuff australians made usefull.

Re: The Love Thread (Or Just Warms and Fuzzies)

That, unfortunately, I have to order.

And seeing as I've had both, TimTams are obviously better.

Re: The Love Thread (Or Just Warms and Fuzzies)

Hmm. I did see Penguin biscuits there and thought they sounded similar, but was uncertain. From what I've heard and seen of timtams, having only had them once, and that was more than five years ago, I actually managed to do something akin to a timtam slam with a, well, it's not a cookie and it's not a bar that I've had by the Skinny Cow company. They've got these wafer things. Only problem is, it doesn't quite work right, but I can manage to suck some milk up into them for what I'd imagine is a mostly proper slam. (sorry don't like hot tea or coffee, so milk for me, heh.)

Re: The Love Thread (Or Just Warms and Fuzzies)

i love the vast quantity of information available on the internet

Re: The Love Thread (Or Just Warms and Fuzzies)

You know, with all this talk of Australians taking others ides and then improving them I have to ask... Was Steve Jobs in any way part Australian?
