Yes, it's another bleeding choose your own adventure story.
However, this one is not only playable multiple times, but is also able to be constantly different every time as well. Behold the fist choices.
RULES:
1. The 'Other' option is not to be abused here. The first one that does will find a knight beating him with a herring.
2. Players will either be in a majority or in the event of a tie, the character herself will get her say.
3, A simple dice system is being used to check successfulness, and simple stats measure how much a person can take or how often she can use her abilities.
4. At the end of each post, the options will be layed out. If you think that something more strategic can be done, suggest it. Remember Rule 1, however.
WELCOME TO THE PATHS OF ADVENTURE
You may select one of the 6 paths below, and 1 of the ways of play in order to begin your adventure.
1. Character
a. Sarah Miranda Quintex, in the streets of Malton
Stats: 50 Vitality, 50 Energy
Enemies: Undead, Mutants
Inventory: Magnum+2 clips of 8 Shots, Pistol+2 clips of 6 shots, Switchblade, Serum Case (Full)
Abilities:
Erthral Sight (Can See Erthral enemies. Passive)
Agile (+3 to defense dice. Passive)
Ressusitation (The first time Sarah looses all her vitality, she will raise as a zombie, with re-filled stats.)
Serums (Sarah can use her specialty serums whenever she wants, though using them as human has adverse effects)
b. Kelinas the Connector, defending Chaos teritoty from the Tyranids
Stats: 90 Vitality, 60 Energy
Enemies: Tyranids
Inventory: Manreaper, Lovebite
Abilities:
Rust (Freezes up an enemy vehicle or weakens metal plating by turning it into rust)
Poison Adv. (Deals 1d10 poison damage for an infected target)
Seduce (Try to distract the enemy and make her able to attack them easier)
c. Nova, infiltrating the Tariken Installation
Stats: 50 Vitality, 100 Energy
Enemies: Zerg, Mutants, Protoss, Terrans, Draenei NPC
Inventory: C-16 Canister Rifle Advanced, Psyblades (2),
Abilities:
Cloak (Hide from all but detector units)
Mindtouch (Try and read a person's mind and understand them better)
Second Sight (See any nearby enemies or allies, even through walls, and thier weak points.)
d. Glint on a Space Hulk
Stats: 60 Vitality, 70 Energy
Enemies: Smex-Crazed Dead Space
Inventory: Miniturrets (4), Duelburst, Longbarrel
Abilities:
Flight (Can fly, though it drains energy)
Blaststorm (An area-effect attack that is practically a wall of lazer fire)
e. Chloie in the middle of Breakston during another Umbrella Breakout
Stats: 40 Vitality, 0 Energy
Enemies: Resident Evil
Equipment: Tempersteel Dagger, STARS Handgun+2 Clips of 10 Shots
Abilities:
STARS Agent (Reconizes the enemies, can deal greater damage to weak-point attacks)
f. Smerik the Undying, in the Catakombs of Kronus the Defiled
Stats: 60 Vitality, 100 Energyy
Enemies: Fantasy Creatures with an underground feel
Inventory: Staff of the Spider Queen
Abilities:
Shadow Sight (Can see invisible and erthral creatures. Passive)
Necromancy (Raises the corpse of an enemy. Can be done multiple times out of battle)
Death Blast (Deals 1d20 damage to a target)
2. Style
a. Combat RP/ERP: Mostly hack and slash, sometimes with a certain goal in mind
b. Stealth RP/ERP: Try and not get caught before you get to your goal
c. Escape RP/ERP: Try and get out before the endgoals trigger
d. Feral ERP: This is a variation of the Escape scinario, but the character has been attacked and weakened to the point her mind has almost broke, almost any form of creature will quickly turn her into a sex-craved creature. Possibly the hardest and shortest game mode.
