A sketch of God Tier Sollux, done on the train home on Friday and taken with my very shitty camera phone. Will get round to lining it sometime this week and maybe possibly colour it too. Don't worry, not all of my pictures are going to feature Homestuck characters!

Forgot to post this earlier in the week. A new sketch, again of Lani and Eleanor though this time the two of them are kissing while Lani fingers Eleanor. Will probably be adding the base colour to it tomorrow, and I may add shading to both this and the previous picture during the weekend. Also I've finally worked out how to crop in Sai, so no more overly massive pics.

It's not really that much different from Photoshop, or even most other art programs, though there is an option to change the pen stability which I increase for my final lines. I am also using a touch screen tablet, so I am kind of cheating in a way.

Anywho, added base colouring to my latest picture, will probably add shading and whatnot to it over the weekend.

Been a while since I've done any 'substantial' artwork, and I do have several ideas in the works but for now it's just one picture. This is of a character I'm using in a MGI variant game RJ's cooked up called Monster Girl Rancher. She's not an original character, I just took the ranch assistant from Monster Rancher 2 and added my own twist on her. If you can't guess from the name of the variant it's basically monster training with the monster girls from MGE.

Anywho, the pic. I'm pretty pleased with how it turned out actually, tried all night one night to draw her yet I failed hard, then the next day as I was coming home from a friends house on the bus I managed to whip up the sketch for this picture in one go. Added shading and lighting as well, and while it does look a bit rough I do like it a lot, so I may go back to the older pictures and add shading and light. Took longer than I anticipated though as I laid out rough lines on a separate layer to show where I wanted it to go.
