I like how the hand of the scout comes off the back of the gun, so when it's sped up to the music, it looks like they're air guitaring.

The server also has limits so we can't have more than three snipers, so I forget what it's like having a team full of people who can't do anything right.

Is that why you couldn't play with us that last time? Or was it really just lagging like crazy, no matter what server you played in?

For awhile it simply crashed on boot up, then after playing around with a crapload of settings, changing a bunch of dlls, and enabling a lot of P2P stuff, I finally got it to boot up.

The problem that occurs now, and this happens with any valve game with PVP it seems, I lag like crazy when trying to play, but only in PvP moments, so in L4D and L4D2 I can play campaign coop fine, but once I got VS, it lags to kingdom come.

Check your internets cards drivers if they are up to date.
Some people get that bug fixed that way.

I sorta regret not having bought TF2 ages ago.

Kinda late now with all the exclusive eye candy/bragging rights items for veterans/spenders unavailable to newbies.

Though a friend did offer to buy it for me, but I declined since I wasn't sure if I'd play it enough for him to feel he didn't waste his money. Considering I have quite a bad habit of playing a game and then leaving it untouched for a random about of time before even looking at it again.
And I wouldn't have had anyone to play with anyways since the guy's in uni.
