I heard you can refight bosses in the arena, do i need to unlock the underground arena somehow to do so or is that not a thing right now and I just need to raise my arena rank?

Can someone answer on some questions? First - rare mushroom does even exist? Girl from church in village ask about rare mushroom, but i run this forest and found only pink mushroom enemy. Second - doors inside Succubus Mansion always locked, or there's a way to open it? Third - where to find last three Idea Stone (on picture)? And last one - what the biggest rank in Arena?

I could be wrong, but I don't think those are in yet.
At least, I don't have them either.

On a side note, anyone know what/where #24 in the monster book is?
I can't seem to find it for the life of me.

1. After you get a quest from an NPC, they seem to have dialogue where they will just talk about something unimportant (I heard about this item you can get, people make it into food). It sounds like you're misinterpreting this dialogue as a quest?
If you actually have an unfinished quest, check your quest log in the pause menu.
2.
You must be registered to see the links
as of right now. Maybe tozicode will add more to the mansion in the future, but as of right now most doors are permanently locked.
3. There aren't enough idea stones in the game to fill the basement yet. I think I have them all unlocked, and the basement still has many open spots looking like I've missed some. This is the way it has been for a few years. The idea stones aren't added top to bottom, left to right as they're put into the game.
4. I don't know yet.
